This company transported my father to home hospice and picked up his body later that week. In both cases, they were more than THREE HOURS late, which might have been okay if a company representative didn't repeatedly call us with "updates" promising that the crew was "en route" or "minutes away." Those "minutes" stretched into hours. Obvious lies which led to disappointment and stress. In the end, it meant less time with my father when he was alive and too long with his body when he was dead. We were never offered an apology or anything resembling one. The employees (who looked all of seventeen) didn't even make eye contact.

A Lifecare ambulance just turned left right in front of oncoming traffic (me), causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting it. If this is how they drive, I wouldn't trust them to carry me as a patient. Vehicle #192 didn't even stop when I turned around and was honking at it. And unfortunately I had $50 worth of pastries in my backseat which flipped, so now I have cheesecake all over my car, am out $50 and am still shaking from the near accident. I called and spoke to a supervisor who gave me a gee, I'm sorry, but I'm not going to reimburse you for your cupcakes. How kind. Wow. There are other ambulance services that don't drive so wrecklessly, I'm sure. And who care about their image to the public.
