I was very interested in the Jeep Compass, I explained where I really needed to be and the most that I could afford in budget. Steve really listened to me and worked to make that happen! To me, he went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. He even found the color I was looking for! Jesse is new, but Steve was the driving force and closed the sale. He is truly an asset for your dealership, and I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I can not thank him enough - I truly appreciate all he has done for me! Ps... I absolutely LOVE my new car.

Great vehicle and excellent customer service!!! In the past we always bought small cars, but we were looking at getting a more dog friendly vehicle. Before going on our vacation, we had test drove a couple of used RAV4’s. We went to Drivers Village to get a better feel of which SUV would best suit our needs. We were greeted at the door and invited to look around. It was nice to be able to look around without a salesperson hovering over us. When we were ready to ask questions Dustin was very helpful. We ended up getting a 2012 RAV4 (excellent condition/ great price).We were leaving the next day to go back to Virginia; they went thru hoops to make sure I drove away with that vehicle. It took most of the day for Allstate to get the proper documents to the dealership. One of the ladies in the office made me feel right at home and kept checking on me. I really wasn’t sure what was involved in purchasing a vehicle in another state. The dealership took care of everything and when the plates were ready sent them next day mail. My husband is ready to go on another vacation and wants to get his own SUV

I was visiting my daughter in Dewitt when my RX350 developed a problem. I called Burdick and Don told me to bring my car right over. The attention and service I received was exceptional! I did not experience any waiting time. Nick gave me a loaner so I could take my grandaughter to lunch! When I returned Maxwell explained what could have been the problem and off I went. Kudos to Burdick Lexus for extending the most wonderful and efficient customer service!!!

I found the car I wanted online before I called Burdick. The pictures were perfect and the car looked mint condition. The first two times I went to test drive the vehicle, it was missing... Either being worked on or just lost somewhere in drivers village. My first test drive was in the pouring rain so my inspection of the cars exterior was not incredibly detailed. I could not get the salesman to sell it at Kelly Bluebook MSRP and took it at $500 above after he stated it had brand new tires and wipers with a fresh oil change and a clean CarFax that I viewed myself as well. I brought it home at night and the next morning when it stopped raining I noticed the horrible scratches all over the entire car. The bumper also had a HUGE crack in it. I brought it back incredibly mad that I got ripped off so badly. They gave me a passat off the lot to use while they replaced the bumper, fixed scratches, cleaned the muddy ceilings and back seats, and inserted the missing door between the trunk and back seat. This took no less than THREE WEEKS. I had to call once every week and towards the end...once every 3 days to check on the status of the vehicle. It took almost 2 weeks to ORDER the bumper. The last week before I got the vehicle back, they had me arrive at the dealership 3 times to pick up my vehicle that had NONE of the items above fixed. I complained to the manager who gave me my first $200 payment free.... Small gesture that seemed alright at the time. During this whole process the passat off the lot that they gave me had a serious transmission problem. I had to return this for another passat. I also was called the name "Trouble" by another sales manager in the shop. When I finally got my car, the bumper was replaced, the scratches were painted poorly by paint brush and buffed poorly, ruining the good paint on the car... and the car was still disgusting inside. I complained once more about the filth that the salesman literally wiped with his finger. The cleaning crew said they detailed it already. They had me wait 2 hours at the dealership while they cleaned it one last time. There is still dirt visible in the car. Oh... And did I mention that the tires they gave me only had one season of life left? And the windshield wipers streaked so bad I had to replace them immediately. VW is such a good brand. These guys give it a horrible reputation. While waiting at their service desk for 2 hours I listened to a dozen customers receiving similar horrible treatment. I will never buy from them again.

2005 Toyota Matrix with 178,000 milesEngine check light came on, was showing 2 codes (I have a POS scanner, local mechanic got the same 2 codes). Took vehicle to Burdick, repair was $200, plus they had some other things they found that should be taken care of, so we said yes for a total bill of $800. So far so good.3 weeks later, engine check light came on again, still showing one of the 2 codes displayed earlier. This repair was $2000. We got the same mechanic that "missed" this code for first repair, not sure how he missed a part, that had to be removed to fix the other code, that was that close to complete failure. Now we wonder what else he's missed, and when we can expect the next problem.If we had been told about the cost of this repair on the first visit, we would not have invested this much money in a vehicle with this many miles. It might have been helpful if the people taking information about what is wrong would actually listen. But they basically ignored anything we had to say that wasn't billing relatedWe were pissed and it showed at the second repair, so they were 'nice" enough to give us a loaner. The guy who had an appointment after us, that was told he would get a loaner, didn't get the loaner. they gave his car to us. Yeah, we know the guy.This company's only concern is how much money they can get out of you. They are pros that know the game and have the advantage. Pick another shop
