I went in to Jeromes knowing what I wanted. Beto helped me find what I wanted. He was very friendly, helpful and placed my order quickly. I was in and out of the showroom in 30 minutes. The store is neat, clean, and plenty of options to pick from. I will be back for a new living room set and bedroom set.

David meant us at the door and he gave us the proper directions for the item we were looking for. He gave us the time and space that we needed. We actually when in to purchase a single chairside table and we ended up buying an additional living room table and a matching coffee table

I found my first visit to Jerome's to a comfortable and friendly environment. JR took me through the process of buying a new mattress. This was important as my very old mattress was quite different from the new thicker mattresses of today. JR was very pleasant and very patient with all my questions. Everything about my experience from start to finish was outstanding. Friendly and acknowledge Sales Rep. There was no hassle when I went into the showroom. I told the sales rep. I loved a particular chair but he show me more option too choose and relally good price. I was kept up to date on schedule delivery and everything went smoothly.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Jeromes Chula Vista branch. Melissa was amazing from the moment we walked into the store. She greeted us warmly and was very helpful and knowledgeable about any and everything! We made our purchase with ease! Thank you Melissa! Also another thank you to Diego, who helped us to finish up paying etc. Excellent customer service. Great location! Will reccomend!

I went in to look at beds. I am a Disabled Vet I had a stroke a little over a year ago and had to have a bed that adjusts. I have been sleeping on my reclining sofa for about 5 months. we went through and found a couple of beds I tolg the Salesman that I needed the wireless remote because it is hard to move around the bed to get to the wired remote. The salesperson gave me a quote and I let him know I had to come up with the money and would be back. come back a couple days later to buy the bed the sale person is off but talked to a Fernando Godoy. we found the beds and he gave me a much higher price. I had not brought the paper that the first salesperson wrote it on. Fernando said that's the price. I went home found the paper and called Fernando and told him what was on the paper. He told me that the first salesperson gave me a quote with the wired remote and I would just have to come up with the rest of the money. I asked to talk to the GM and was told he was not working but Fernando said he would look into it and get back to me that night. No call. The next afternoon I get a call from the first salesman " G " he goes by and he asked me what was going on. I told him and he admitted to making a mistake. I asked well where do we go from here. He told me I would just have to come up with the extra money. I said I would like to talk to the manager and he said well then I will get reprimanded I again asked to talk to a manager. He told me sorry I'm not perfect like and he transferred me to a supervisor. again the supervisor told be tough I would just have to come up with the extra money if I want that bed. I asked to talk to the GM and again he is off till the next day. I called back the next day and left a message asking him to call me no call back. I have know left 2 messages and no call back. Jeromes makes it look like they care about there customers in there TV ads but reality they don't care at all. I have tried to find a email address to Jerry or his kids I don't believe that they want the poor reputation. I will try and get a hold of the GM again it would be nice to at least have someone say I'm sorry
