My husband and I both used this pharmacy for a while, and the pharmacist is very friendly. Meanwhile the blonde woman they have working at the window is not so much. We had no problems with this pharmacy until my husband went in to pick up a partial refill on his medicine and was told they were out of stock. He then transferred his prescription to the pharmacy down the street, and when that was done the Medicine shoppe transferred the wrong amount of medicine, shorting him 9 pills. Due to him NEEDING this medication daily, he of course had to call and ask them why that happened. She called back a short while late, clearly angry she was called out and said she went through her papers and realized they had indeed made that mistake. Ever since then she has given him a problem when he tries to fill his script there. Even accusing him of using two different bdays when they see his ID every time he goes there, these people constantly make mistakes and would rather pass the blame on customers
Don't go to this pharmacy. These people are the most RUDE, IGNORANT, and incompetent people I've ever seen. EVERY time we go in there, there is some kind of problem with my prescription after they already tell me it's getting ready. I fill the same rx here every month from the same doctor and yet they always have some kind of issue. On top of that, they make mistakes on how many you ask to pick up and when you tell them you asked for a different amount they look at you like you're crazy while they all crowd over to you, treating you like you're doing something wrong when THEY are the ones who messed up, all while they stand there looking at you like you're stupid and acting like they don't know what you're taking about. CVS and Walgreens are right next door, and if you prefer Walmart make the extra trip to Anadarko, you will actuallu be treated like a human being and with some customer service there.
