GoGo Is A Good Online, Onboard Internet Service Provider!I was doing some research on Delta Air Lines, Inc. because I was searching for the company that provides their online internet service and GoGo it was!They are a Prime Leader in offering thousands of airline passengers with Excellent, Decent Working Online Internet Service during their flights.I understand that at times the service may Not work or be slow momentarily, but that all depends on the turbulence and what is going on in the sky, however, Yes, the Service does Work!I know that for a Fact because I just used the Service both on Friday, June 30, 2017 and Saturday, July 1, 2017 on Delta Flight #110 going from Buenos Aires, Argentina towards Toronto, Ontario Canada my Home Town!I want to personally Thank GoGo and Raquel for Offering Decent, Working Onboard, Online Internet Service to thousands of Delta Air Lines, Inc. DON'T GET CLEAR INTERNET. The internet speed is pretty good, but the ping rate is so high that it doesn't matter how fast it is because most applications will time out before receiving a response. Not to mention the customer service is terrible. Maybe I've been spoiled by companies like Verizon Wireless and Harris Teeter (grocery store on the southeast coast) who will do just about anything to make the customer happy, even if it costs the company money. But we have had to replace their modem several times, and each time we get charged for shipping/handling. IT'S NOT OUR FAULT THEIR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE! My modem reboots itself every 10 minutes because it loses internet signal. We get about 3 minutes of usable (and SLOW) internet connection per 10 minutes. So wow, we're paying for 18 minutes per hour, when it takes about that long to watch a minute of video!!! Yeah, I'm frustrated to say the least. They don't care about the customer and their product pretty much sucks.
