Chicago's Hometown Handyman
Carl worked for me off and on over the past ten years. He's done painting, wall repair, plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpentry, and various other jobs for me -- the guy's pretty versatile. His prices are very reasonable and his work is of the highest quality. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for a repair or home improvement project.

Chicago's Hometown Handyman
This person came to install a broken flush value assembly and left me with a leaking toilet. I tried to get him to not leave but he refused to acknowledge any fault then hung up on me when I tried to call him. I tried texting and he said he was going to come after me if I didn't stop. He threatened me! Do not use this guy Carl Lien from Chicago's Hometown Handyman. He's dangerous and unprofessional.

Fix It People
Fix It People has provided me with the best Handyman experience I could have hoped for. Finding a good Maintenance company in Chicago can prove more than difficult and Fix It People really stepped up to put all my fears to rest. Niall was extremely professional and the customer service along with follow up was stellar. Thank you Fix It People!

Ultimate Handyman Home Services
Pete runs the company and is a great guy to work with. He did a fantastic job removing the 80's popcorn ceiling, installing recessed lighting, fixing up our very damaged hardwood floors, and painting our home. His prices are the fairest around. Call him for an estimate; you won't believe how much you are being robbed everywhere else.

Mr. Handyman of Lincoln Park
I would never use Mr. Handyman of Lincoln Park or Oak Park Again. I had a terrible experience. They're over priced and dishonest. I guess because they get paid by the hour, they are in no rush to finish the job and they take extra measure that are not neccesssary. Despite offering a discount I choose not to allow them to finish the job and hired someone else. They wanted to take another 6 hours to sand and paint three little areas. I usually don't post comments, but I felt so strongly that I felt it was my obligation to try to prevent someone else form having the bad experience I had.

Just a moment...
