Tails In The City
My sister and I found this adorable chartrues green leather collar with riveted pink leather flowers and matching lead for our black Miniature Schnauzer Lola. Much to our disappointment the collar was loose around her neck. Called Tails in the City the next day, and was told they can order a smaller size only having to find out later, a smaller size was NOT available. Lola looked gorgeous in that collar. Bruce wanted to please us and told us he would take the collar to a shoe repair in the area and see if they can do something. They repositioned the flowers, shortened and resewn (the whole buckle part) so perfectly, you could never even tell it was worked on. That shop did such excellent work, and all because Bruce thought of all this just to please his customers. I wanted to pay for the beautiful work that was done and Bruce said "absolutely not"! Bruce, we thanked you then, and we thank you again. You are truly a good business owner, we wish you a ton of success in your life.Dena & JoAnne P. Lemont, Il.

After getting some bad advice from the resident trainer "Rita" years ago, we stopped asking for advice on our labradoodle misty and only used the store to shop at. Period. But when misty developed a little leash pulling issue right when my wife became pregnant we came to the store planning to get a prong collar. A polite young associate named Angel approached us to make a suggestion. When she said she was a trainer I automatically got leery. However after talking for a while and learning about her AND petsmart's newer methods on training dogs, she led us to purchase a head collar for misty which stopped the problem in its tracks (with no painful spikes in the neck either!) Angel has changed our minds about PetSmart completely. We now know one bad apple doesn't always spoil the whole fruit bowl. We will be signing misty up for a class with Angel in the very near future!

Beverly Hills Pups
So I was reading reviews on this place and I would disagree. as far as puppy sale I am pretty sure they don't sale puppies anymore. I brought my dog for grooming and payed 30 bucks I am very satisfied great work for very cheap. I checked a few places around and they charge an arm and a leg. so overall 5 stars I sure will be returning.

Pet Depot
I love the Pet Depot! My dog has been going since I adopted him - he loves it! The staff is friendly and caring, very helpful, and I love that my dog is not stuck in a cage all day. I've taken Henry for grooming, boarding and doggy daycare - all have been 5 star.

Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
