WE do not know who the Janitor is, and Mr Avdich does all the important care, we feel very safe and good: our enviroment is nice and clean, flowers blossom all year round, so it is easy to say: Thanks Mr Avdich for all the work you do.

They charge you $23 dollars to get in but don't regulate the lines for the actual experience. People cut and form fake lines so the experience is ruined. I won't be back and I don't recommend it to anyone.

THE WORST REALTY/LEASING COMPANY YOU WILL EVER RUN INTO!Besides being completely unprofessional from beginning to end of the application process, they can never give you a straight answer. My husband and I applied to rent a home and they took over two weeks to actually process application after telling us it would take 4 days. Once they finally processed our application, they called us and said we were approved and told us to bring in the deposit, which we did right away. They wanted us to schedule a 1st of the month move-in date which was inconvenient for us but we moved things around and made it happen. From this point on we were calling to get answers about when to sign the lease and get the keys. They would take days to call back and sometimes would not call back altogether. The DAY BEFORE we had planned to move (per their request) they called and said they changed their minds. This was after talking with the leasing agent, Shunte Thomas, who pretty much wanted to blame everything on their receptionist and claim the miscommunication was her fault. The entire process made us lose valuable time looking for the right home for us since we are trying to do so before our baby is born which is in about two months or less. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE company you could get mixed up with. RUN THE OTHER WAY
