The supervisor was demeaning and insensitive to the needs of myself and all others I saw her with. Wrong person for a very important people job in the State of Illinois. Seemed to need to psychologically disrespect the hordes she is paid to serve.

This Dave "person" is passive aggressive. Terrible sales person. All I wanted to do is speak to him on the phone and he told me he didn't want to "hold my hand". Oh well as Dave said "nothing personal".I was forced to give 1 star but in reality it's zero stars.

This is their answer after sending a support ticket: "nah, you've already encountered so many problems that we are not going to work for you."Terrible service, a waste of time and money!

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE and all the bad words y6ou can think of about this company. I ordered a voicemail 3 days ago from them on 7/16/2017, I needed it on THAT DAY but I NEVER received any email regarding my voicemail details. I checked spam and inbox NOTHING. Alright 3 days later today I am back from my trip STILL NOTHING in my email so I contacted this company to tell them listen I never got my voicemail details 3 days ago and still it is not there. They contacted me back via help desk ticket to tell me to check my spam and inbox folders which I did so I finally told them listen, just refund me my money because I never got what I paid for. I needed services 3 days ago and if I didn't contact them today, I STILL would not have gotten my details. They decided TODAY via help desk ticket to give me my vm details. But I did not need my vm details today 3 days later. I needed it 3 days ago which I never got. That should have been sent automatically to my email box after payment. AND STILL no where in my email today. So I told them please refund me asap because I never got what I paid for. I needed it at that time not today 3 days later via help desk ticket. I was going out of town 3 days ago in anycase they replied, there is nothing I can do for you here is your vm information and you can contact your bank if you want. So I did contact my bank and my bank gave me temporary credit of the $5 back to my account and will be investigating them during this dispute, and I told this company I will post my experience on all the reviews. DO YOU KNOW they threatened me and told me they will contact their lawyer? I HAVE A RIGHT as a citizen to post my negative or positive experiences as long as it's the truth. If anybody needs proof I can screen shot our conversation. I am telling the truth there is no slander here. You make your own decisions but as for me, they are the worst and I have proof to back up what I'm saying. This is my expterience and I have every right to post my experience. And my experience with them is HORRIFIC they refuse to give me my money. This is the THIRD TIME I have emailed them asking them to CANCEL MY SERVICES so far no response. Not Good

Absolutely HORRIBLE service!!! They are sullenly rude, curt and condescending/belittling all the way from the Security Guard at the door to the lady behind the counter. They talk down to you as if you're dirt....stupid.....and with an ATTITUDE. I got NO help at all; no suggestions, no referrals, etc. The Security and the lady behind the counter tried to belittle, intimidate and then actually argue with me instead of simply answer questions. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!

this place is very slow and some of the case workers have very bad attitudes.there are a lot of good workers but they need to have faster services to be able to get their clients in and out.

i am sad to say that the experience's i have had at this facility are not only terrible but also demeaning. I came to this place due to a temporary set back in my career, i needed assistance (temporarily). i was spoken to and treated like I was scum. The way that they spoke to me and the things that they said were very, "very", unprofessional. i tried not to take it personal because i noticed it was not just me....they seemed to speak terribly with others as well. i understand some people take advantage of the system, but some people are actually hard workers and may encounter a time in their life when they need assistance, but my goodness, treat people with respect!!!! It was mostly the women that were awful, the spanish speaking gentlemen was pleasant. All i'm saying is be ready to get spoken down to.....and be ready to get a hard time from these women, even if you qualify for the benefits, they will try and make it difficult, "very difficult" for you!!!! Good Luck!

I give it no star call their telephone number no one pick-up the phone they don't write and give you any kind information on your food stamp or cash application
