Dca Towing INC
Very dependable and highly professional. I needed 2 cars brought to Chicago from Milwaukee. I shopped various companies to get the best deal. I was indeed satisfied with the price and level of service. JR took the time to make sure my cars were secure and made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. Great Job!

This is completely unbelievable. In 2017 in the middle of America, I see business like this operating without any problems. This business is to rip people off, and I am really disappointed by the law, that there is no protection for the population.

I received a boot today from this company I went inside a McDonald's parking lot and there was a lot attendant inside the restaurant watching me eat my food. After I ate my food I went around the block to get a city sticker for my car and came back to a boot from these guys doesn't matter that I ate food at the McDonald's. Definitely won't be eaten food from there anymore sheesh.

This business is a scam. They put up signs which have the information that gets your car booted obscured by a huge bush. They sit their agents in the parking lot and boot cars as soon as you walk away. If you live in Chicago and have this same experience, report them as a scam on the state attorney general's website like I did.

Rapid Fast 24 Hour Towing Service
This company is not professional at all I called them to have my truck junk and they told me that they would call me in I few hours. I had called them at 4:30pm it was 11:00pm and I had to call them again to find out they had forgotten about coming to junk it. I was told to call the next day at 6:00am and I did just so nobody can answer, called 5 more times and nothing this company sucks

This is a scam, and their employees are disrespectful. I asked two employees if I could park in the lot and they ignored me. I returned five minutes later to find that they had booted my car. They promptly charged me $140 to remove the boot. All this could have been avoided, if they had just looked me in the face and responded when I asked if I could park in the lot.

Chicago 24 Hour Towing
Great service! My car wouldn't start up so I had to have it towed, searched on Yelp and even though it only had two reviews, they were good and I was willing to give it a shot. Everything went nice and smooth.
Tips & Advices
Yes, most roadside assistance coverage plans offer towing services. There might be certain restrictions, however. For example, the plan may only cover towing services for a certain number of miles. Drivers should check with their providers for details.
Which cars are covered depends on the roadside assistance provider. AAA services are available to members and not specific to any vehicle. As long as members pays their dues and have their membership card on hand, they can use AAA for someone else's car. Generally, auto insurance plans cover the car itself, not the driver, so people can't use their roadside assistance for another. However, details vary between providers, plans and local laws. Drivers should consult with their insurance providers to see whose cars are covered.
Roadside assistance coverage varies depending on the provider. However, they generally include:
  • Tire change
  • Battery jump start
  • Towing services
  • Locksmith service
  • Minimal mechanical labor
  • Delivery of oil, fuel, batteries or other parts
If a driver has a flat tire and no spare, roadside assistance services can deliver a new one. However, these services will not pay for the cost of the tire. That will be the driver's responsibility. Based on the location, some will tow a car to a tire dealer.
Most roadside assistance plans offer gas delivery and service. However, clients are generally responsible for the cost of the gas.
