I came in and was welcomed right away and asked if I needed help with anything. They have a huge fish section as well as reptiles, birds, and small mammals. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back for all my exotic pet needs. They have feeders of all kinds and anything else you can think of. When I am ready for my next best friend I will definitely be coming here. I love that they even take in and rehabilitate animals that are either unwanted or not taken proper care of.

By far the worst customer service I have ever EXPERIENCED ! I chose to shop @ Simply Pets as it is the closest pet store to my home. Overly excited I took my two year to get a few fish and accessories. Upon entering the store my family & I weren't even greeted. There was an older gentle man and a young lady that acted very agitated and irritability with my questions and concerns. They didn't care to provide any suggestions or offer support as I was a paying customer. When I asked the gentle man about pricing he was very rude and nonchalant, yet he had no issue with following me around the store as if I were stealing. The young lady over talked my significant other and I every time we attempted to ask a question, with a lot of extra attitude. Not to mention all of the fish died within hours. Stay far-far away for this business.

the experience is always pretty bad I been going there for about 8 year's maybe more with the same owners and they don't even know my name the young girl that works there brunette always seems like she's upset I think it's jeff's daughter not sure spent thousands of dollars there and the store is not inviting just close and convenient good luck if you go there but now I'm just going to go to pets mart on Indian River at lease there nice

I'm really upset with this store. The boss was very RACIST to me by not allowing me to purchase the merchandise because i was translating for my dad the price of the fish ans then proceeded to kick me out of the store. This shop used to be one of my favorites because the employees did not mind the fact that I spoke another language. But the boss is very RACIST, which is really unacceptable. If you are a bilingual person be careful when you come to this store, or you will be kick out like e because you speak a different language.

My kids came home with suprize goldfish. Went to pet smart and they we're rude and not helpful. But simply pets has been there and answered all my questions, told me how to care for them and what plants and snails to use. Longest I've kept a fish alive. Awesome store.

I think they have a pretty nice fish set up, at first glance, although I was concerned with the amount of fish they have in each tank, and how many dead fish we would see. We bought a total of 8 different fish from the store and they all died within a couple of days. We will not be returning to this store.

The female owner need to watch her mouth when she talk with customers. Everytime I come there I wished I don't have to see her, her behaviour with customers is terrible even though I come there twice a week, I only come there because that is the closest pet store near me, I'll soon find an other store. Buying supplies there and the way they service going to make you feel you're doing them a favor, not like being their customers who spending money in their store.

To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
