I suggested to her another gown might be a better fit, she appeared overly agitated with the suggestion as she insisted "this fits fine".Through out the service her questions and admission of limited professional salon experience shown through the condition of her hair which she admitted to shampooing less than 26 times a year. She could not remember the last time she had a trim or hair cut as she reported it was three weeks since her last shampoo, however it appeared considerably longer, which explain the excessive amount damage and split ends to her hair. When I presented her with the bill of $71.00 for two shampoos, a steam hydrating conditioner, a hair cut and a steam flat iron press. She began to pick and choose what she would and would not pay for.It became obvious to me she had no intentions of paying and or could not afford to pay.At this point I asked her to leave my salon." she paid nothing" and appeared delighted.LAKETIA H. I will start by saying that my best friend has done my hair for 17 years. I moved to VA Beach 3.5 years ago and still went home for her to do my hair. It had been well over a year since it was cut last and with two kids in school and sports and my work schedule, I knew I wasn't getting home anytime soon. I got a Groupon for a cut, condition, and partial highlight....I scheduled it with Brittany Hardine. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable and wonderful. She asked me what I liked and what I didn't. I told her I was up for any change but just no bangs lol. Needless to say, I looovveee my hair cut (which she cut a ton off), the texture/layers are fantastic, I can style it myself, the highlights (which I have never had) are wonderful....and I have curly hair which some people just don't know how to work with....but she did a fantastic job. I can leave it curly without it looking poofy and I can straighten it as well. She didnt try to sell me every product on the shelf which was nice ...but she did tell me what she was using and also said if I wanted anything to just let her know. While in there I saw the finished product of about 6 other people from different stylists and they all seemed pleased and their hair looked great as well. I will definitely be returning! Oh and the prices are quite reasonable.!!!!
