Talked with Jeff the owner about getting a new filter system for my 75 gallon tank. He helped me pick out the Emperor 400 at a great price. Unfortunately I didn't have enough clearance behind my tank to hang the filter so I had to return it. We took a look at the Cobal Aquatics canister filter and I'm glad Jeff suggested it. It cost more, but wow its really quiet which is really important for where we have the tank. It also make for a much cleaner look since you don't see the canister (it inside my cabinet) and its real easy to hide the hoses in the tank. If you need some expert advice Jeff's the guy you should go see.

I came in and was welcomed right away and asked if I needed help with anything. They have a huge fish section as well as reptiles, birds, and small mammals. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back for all my exotic pet needs. They have feeders of all kinds and anything else you can think of. When I am ready for my next best friend I will definitely be coming here. I love that they even take in and rehabilitate animals that are either unwanted or not taken proper care of.

I think they have a pretty nice fish set up, at first glance, although I was concerned with the amount of fish they have in each tank, and how many dead fish we would see. We bought a total of 8 different fish from the store and they all died within a couple of days. We will not be returning to this store.

My kids came home with suprize goldfish. Went to pet smart and they we're rude and not helpful. But simply pets has been there and answered all my questions, told me how to care for them and what plants and snails to use. Longest I've kept a fish alive. Awesome store.

Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
