Homewood Suites in Chesapeake, VA is a very nice hotel and the service men and women are more than helpful. The front desk was very accommodating in making sure that I had a comfortable quite location for my extended stay. I really appreciated the service.The hotel needs to improve on the choice of furniture for the rooms. The King Suite that I occupied did not have a desk for working on my laptop or to set-up my printer. I requested a desk at the front desk three times (three consecutive days) before I learned that the hotel does not own any desks to place in the rooms what were without. I decided to clean the kitchen table and use it as a desk in the bedroom. I also removed one of the kitchen chairs and used it as a desk chair. Therefore, I had to leave the phone, internet connection and other Hilton items in a chair or on the floor in the kitchen area.I am strong and faithful member of the Hhornors Rewards Program, Hilton Credit Card carrier, and a proud Hilton property owner. I have stayed in a Hilton Homewood Suites several times. This is the first suit I reserved without an office desk in the room. I was a little disappointed.Overall, Homewood Suites in Chesapeake, VA is a great place to stay but a little uncomfortable if you plan to stay for an extended period of time and have office work or school work to complete during your stay.Tina

I brought in my car two weeks to the service department after my right rear tire took a nail. I arrived, explained the situation and the Service Advisor looked, took the car and had it fixed. I was in and out in 20 minutes. No appointment, no charge, not spending 3-4 hours waiting to be serviced since it was a Saturday and no excuse of not taking care of a potential situation where it could have blown or worse left me stranded or in a car accident. Well today, I noticed what I thought was gum on that tire that was fixed. To my surprise, the material to fix the nail hole had oozed out. So today I took it over to the Service department and again the same great service and even an apology for the need of the rework versus saying it was the material, wear and tear etc. The rep accepted and the problem fixed!!! Great job and highly recommend.
Great experience, great car, great people. Specifically, Chris in service was helpful beyond our expectations. Chris is intelligent, respectful, caring, attentive and expeditious with every aspect of our service. Thank you to everyone in sales and service for making my everyday commute much more enjoyable.
