Homewood Suites by Hilton Chesapeake-Greenbrier
Homewood Suites in Chesapeake, VA is a very nice hotel and the service men and women are more than helpful. The front desk was very accommodating in making sure that I had a comfortable quite location for my extended stay. I really appreciated the service.The hotel needs to improve on the choice of furniture for the rooms. The King Suite that I occupied did not have a desk for working on my laptop or to set-up my printer. I requested a desk at the front desk three times (three consecutive days) before I learned that the hotel does not own any desks to place in the rooms what were without. I decided to clean the kitchen table and use it as a desk in the bedroom. I also removed one of the kitchen chairs and used it as a desk chair. Therefore, I had to leave the phone, internet connection and other Hilton items in a chair or on the floor in the kitchen area.I am strong and faithful member of the Hhornors Rewards Program, Hilton Credit Card carrier, and a proud Hilton property owner. I have stayed in a Hilton Homewood Suites several times. This is the first suit I reserved without an office desk in the room. I was a little disappointed.Overall, Homewood Suites in Chesapeake, VA is a great place to stay but a little uncomfortable if you plan to stay for an extended period of time and have office work or school work to complete during your stay.Tina

I brought in my car two weeks to the service department after my right rear tire took a nail. I arrived, explained the situation and the Service Advisor looked, took the car and had it fixed. I was in and out in 20 minutes. No appointment, no charge, not spending 3-4 hours waiting to be serviced since it was a Saturday and no excuse of not taking care of a potential situation where it could have blown or worse left me stranded or in a car accident. Well today, I noticed what I thought was gum on that tire that was fixed. To my surprise, the material to fix the nail hole had oozed out. So today I took it over to the Service department and again the same great service and even an apology for the need of the rework versus saying it was the material, wear and tear etc. The rep accepted and the problem fixed!!! Great job and highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner he was very pleasant to speak with, I really enjoyed talking to him. I was stranded at work because I didn't have any buses to get home. My company, made the accommodations for me to stay in the hotel for five days and the staff downstairs was amazing. On Monday night I was switched to a suite because my room heater was too loud and I told the staff that I had to work a 12-hour shift on Tuesday and I needed to get some rest and they made the accommodations for me once again thank you for being so wonderful... I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a confident clean nice environment to stay.

When I first got to the dealership my spirits we're at an all time low because I had been through so much and I said to myself, these people are not going to give me anything! I was wrong...I laughed the whole time I was there, they took care of my every need and treated me as if I was family! This was the most amazing experience and I am overjoyed with how they handled my issues and took care of me. I would recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from this establishment. The people are awesome! And the experience is something I will never forget!

I purchased a car from here almost 3 years ago. Had a engine problem. They fixed it easy no problem. Rental paid for n all. Some time passed. I referred a friend Mike assisted her, he was amazing. I came back just for him. Traded my car and he bent over backwards to work with what I had. I'm ao grateful. He seriously provides the best customer service ive had in a long time. Miss Jenny Wiseman is amazing as well. Thank You Guys.

Customer service here is great whether you are here to buy at car or have it serviced. Everyone is genuinely nice and wants to help. Purchasing was a breeze and my salesman was very professional. The service department is great too. They are very courteous and keep me up to date on upcoming service needs. Will definite purchase my next vehicle at Priority Toyota.

Throughly enjoyed my boat buying experience at Centerville Marina. I found the sales staff ultra knowledgable and very honest. First time in a long time that I felt great about my buying decision. Drove all the way from Richmond but it was well worth the trip. The price and experience was excellent. If you're in the market, drive down and ask for Steve.

Great service for a great price! Very nice Honda guys.!!!If you have a honda, acura, or pretty much any car, you can get most work done here for a better value and quality. I always hate going to a mechanic that doesn't care about me. These guys actually care about giving you the right information, service and long lasting repairs.

Buying my 2001 Corvette ZO6 was a great experience at Little Joe's. Sales people and all the staff were very friendly. I found one small problem with the car and they fixed it on the spot. I came from Dover Delaware to purcase this car and since I came from a long way they filled the tank for my return trip. Great overall deal.
