A A A Window Manufactoring
We needed glass replaced in a number of our storm windows. My wife called AAA Window Manufacturing, they quoted us two potential prices, a lower price if they could salvage our old frames, and a larger price if they could not. I thought, uh oh, but they salvaged all of our frames and did the complete job for a very low price. Thank you, AAA, for a great job at a great price.

Lowe's Home Improvement
Ordered carpet, carpet came in, scheduled install and installer showed up then refused to install because it was too hot and there was no air conditioning in the house. He stated he installed in a home yesterday with no a/c and he almost passed out. I contacted the installation section of Lowe's where Billy advised there has to be a/c. I then spoke to the flooring salesman David who told me upon purchase to contact him with any problems. He said the home has to be climate controlled. When I asked him where that was listed in in the contract he couldn't tell me. So here I am left with all exposed subfloor and tack strips with no carpet throughout my house and Lowe's not doing anything to help resolve the problem. You can't tell me that homes are required to have air conditioning when that is a personal preference. Do all of the roofers, fence installers, home builders call off when it's too hot?

Patrick Construction
I had an unfinished attic that I wanted converted into another bedroom. Kevin came out the next day that I spoke with him on the phone and walked through the space and gave me some ideas. Once we came up with a plan, he gave me a quote and had a crew out in less than a week. The room not looks better than I had ever envisioned it and the quote he gave me was the price I paid. The crew was very friendly and seemed to be working fast but not skipping any detail. If you are wanting to remodel your home, I would vogue for this place in a heartbeat!

Chapman Development
My insurance company paid out to have them do certain work but they chose to leave the old things instead of replacing them. The contractors they sent out to redo my kitchen were awful. I complained about them from the 2nd day forward. They did not do what my insurance company had listed on the document they left with me. They chose to paint over the ceiling tiles even though there was a leak in my roof. I was paying out of pocket for them to find the leak but they never did because now the leaking has started again and has ruined all of the work on the wall below the tile they did not replace in the ceiling. I was paying in payments the res of what I owed and when I contacted them about this they told me not to pay them any more if I felt they did not do a good job, so I stopped the payments. When they came out to look at the problem this time, they did not tell me they called my insurance company to tell them that I needed a new roof. When I found out this I got angry and told them that if my insurance agreed then they: Chapman Development Group: would not be doing the work. I am still angry because I live on a fixed income and feel as if they took advantage of me. Also, they fired the contractors after they did such a shoddy job for me because they had too many complaints about them even before they sent them out to do my house. Nice to find this out now, right.
Tips & Advices
Commercial cleaning companies are not required to carry liability insurance, but it offers valuable protection for both business owners and their clients. Liability insurance covers property damage, bodily injury, and advertising lawsuits, and it also assists with costs related to broken furniture and equipment. When evaluating commercial cleaning companies, choose one that provides liability coverage for your own protection and peace of mind.
Resurfacing, where a contractor removes and replaces the top layer of concrete, is a middle ground between multiple patch jobs and a complete replacement.
Homeowners should work with a concrete contractor who is either certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations for high-quality results. These individuals adhere to professional guidelines and are versed in industry and safety standards. Such organizations include: American Concrete Institute (ACI) American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
