Buying a car is something that I never want to take the time to do. I walked into this dealership with the same expectations, however I quickly learned that They were anything but that! My husband and I had contacted Randy about the availability of a few cars I had looked at on the website. We drove up from Atlanta, and I text them when we left and when we were about 30 minutes out. When we got there he had the car waiting on us to drive, and said we would see them when we got back! There were a few issues on the vehicle we were looking at, and they quickly got on the phone to do all they could to get these fixed while I was here... And boy did they!! As soon as things were a go, I waited about 10 minutes for him to finish with who he had in his office and in we went. He had all the paperwork completed, all we did was sign, shake hands and we were on our way! I will highly recommend Mountain View @153 if you are looking to buy a car!! Randy is the guy to ask for!

The selection and no haggle experience made the entire moment enjoyable. My family and I were able to walk the entire car lot without a salesman pressuring us to buy and when we were ready to test drive we simply asked for the keys. The prices were kbb and edmunds comparable and there were tons to choose from. When it came down to picking a car I even left and went to the local dealer to see if they could give me a better deal. Suffice it to say I came back in half an hour because the actual dealer didn't have the model I had fallen in love with. We trucked back down the road and sat down right away with Jace. The process itself took longer than I would have liked, however everyone was extremely polite and hospitable as we were offered water, Gatorade and cokes. Thank you Jace and everyone at mtn view for taking care of us, I hope the rest of my family returns to do business with you as well.

The atmosphere at Mountain View @153 is very laid back. The sales men are mostly older men who have a semi-retired demeanor, and dress comfortably in polo shirts and shorts in the summer. You can open any car on the lot and sit in, and just ask a salesman for the keys if you'd like to test drive. Our first time visiting this location, a friendly salesman named Henry approached us. I was all ready to get in my "car buying mode", but he was just letting us know the things I said above, and gave us his card. We test drove a few cars, talked a little in his office, but didn't make a purchase that day. (I like to shop around.) This is a great place to buy gently used vehicles. They all pass emissions, are all in excellent shape, but none are new. My wife loves this sharp little Mazda we got, and I'll certainly return when my Saturn is on its last leg.

I recently purchased a Mazda Cx 7 from Randy via internet sales. He was very helpful in sending me the vihicle history report and answering questions that I had about the vehicle. I called ahead of time to let him know that I was coming to see the vehicle and he met me at the doors, keys in hand. I looked over the vehicle as he stood back and gave me space. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, he flew through the paperwork and I was out the door. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and cuddle you through the buying process, this may not be the place for you. However, if you are informed, do your research, and know what you want, this is a great place to go. I saved about 3,000 dollars on the vehicle I purchased and am very pleased with how hard Randy worked. He did a great job.

All the sales reps here are good, but Mr. Toney is awesome. He looked out for our best interest before, during, and even after the sale. He even did the little things right like walking my wife to the car while it was raining, chasing me down to ask if my boy could have some Christmas candy, and remembering to hold on to my son's gloves after he'd left them behind after the test drive. May sound trivial, but they treated us like we were the only customers that day. Nathan the finance guy was informative about our options, thorough, and quick to get us through all the paper work. These guys are a diamond in the middle of the of big car dealers around them. Check them out...and oh, ask for Mr. Toney.

I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Mtn View @ 153! I had been searching for a newer used Subaru Forester for a few weeks but was disappointed to find nothing in my price range, right before I decided to move onto a different car I found one online at this dealership and immediately called to make an appointment for the next morning. When I got there Randy already had the car warmed up and keys ready for a test drive. He took care of our financing very quickly and we were on the road in no time! I highly suggest this dealership for anyone looking for a quality used car at an amazing price! I will definitely use them in the future when its time for another!

This was the quickest and easiest car buying transaction I have ever had. I knew exactly which car and color I wanted and they had three in stock. I was given the history reports on all three and plenty of time to test drive them. I never felt haggled or pressured into buying anything. All of the sales staff was courteous and helpful. Randy Jones was the best at working out the financing with me along with completing all of the paperwork. The extended warranty on my vehicle will give me peace of mind for the next 75K miles. I will be coming back here if I ever need another vehicle. I will highly recommend Mtn View @ 153 to everyone I know. Thanks again!

The internet pictures accurately portrayed the car. Randy told me to go ahead and take my time looking over the vehicle and when I was ready to drive just to let him know. I took approx. 1 to 1.5 hours going over the car by myself and then a nice test drive. No hassle, no one looking over my shoulder asking me questions every thirty seconds. Car was exceptionally clean and in top condition. This type of sales transaction works best for me as I inform myself well before making a purchase like this. Thank you Randy for the experience and also the tank of gas. Definitely one of the best buying experiences I have had.

Good experience. Liked being able to seal the deal via email instead of the usual back and forth in the dealership taking all day. Appreciated David keeping us up to date once the vehicle was on the way from Columbia to Chattanooga and letting us know when it had landed!! Only compliant is with the detailing of the car-realize it was new but whomever went over to clean needs to pay more attention to detail. Not dirty or anything just dusty, a few scuff marks, etc-maybe I was expecting perfection! David was great and appreciate his availability and patience in showing us what all the vehicle had.

To make a very long story short in the past year my husband and I have bought and traded in two different cars we weren't happy with that we had horrible experience with at the dealerships. with that being said dealing with Randy Jones at Mt. View 153 was the most pleasant car buying experience I have EVER, by far had in my life. Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
