Reserved our car rental on-line which gave me the exact price of what our car rental would be. When we arrived, the Manager (Lorrie) began her up sale routine resulting in our rental becoming DOUBLE the on-line rate. No matter what we told her we didn't want or need, the rate remained DOUBLE the online reservation rate. An hour of our time wasted listening to her up sale spill, We stepped out to regroup and upon return were greeted with the Assistant Manager (Ashlin Rehder) to finalize our rental. So an hour of our time wasted, rental car we agreed on, no longer available AND Ashlin charged us the exact amount of what we were quoted on-line. Beware of Lorrie C.

I was late checking in due to grandmother was in the hospital and the first thing the rep said was 'your reserve was at 5:30' um I know I just said I am late checking in. The rental exterior was washed but the inside was absolutely terrible. The seats were stained and had burn. The windows was nasty inside and out. My husband had to wipe the windows before take off. When I returned the car I advised how nasty it was and the rep said 'that's normal'. um no it is not I used to work for Enterprise and we did not accept items like that. What happened to great customer service.

The car was dirty. Left over receipts and empty contact lens packets from the previous user. Customer service at pick up and drop off were less than stellar. He seemed preoccupied with other customers or other things happening. Never had a bad experience until this time. Car drove well though.

What a joy to work with. Vehicle was exactly what I requested. Had no problems with the vehicle while driving. Also, agents were very friendly. Only took 5 or less minutes to pick up the car and less than that to return. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again.

The rental car was very nice, and the young man behind the counter was very friendly. I wish there was someone to take me thru the cars system. New cars these days have a lot of bells and whistles and it can be very confusing. There needs to be MORE COUNTER HELP in the evening.

The representative was very attentive and polite. She offered me an upgrade after our conversation was interrupted by an airport police officer asking for a piece of paper. The entire transaction took fewer than 5 minutes after booking online. Returning was even easier.

The desk staff at National in Chattanooga, TN is first class. They are friendly and helpful - it was a great experience. I enjoyed my rental experience with them bot picking up and returning the vehicle.

I specifically use this location bc the staff is so cheerful, helpful and eager to make sure everything is perfect for my needs. I rent a car several times a year and plan to always use this office!
