We hadn't had a vaca in 5 years, and were very, very glad we picked this hotel. The staff were ALL very friendly and most accommodating. The grounds were super clean and nicely kept. Our room was spotless!! Everything worked well, nice and roomy for a double, and the shower was great! We stayed 5 nights and every morning the hot breakfast bar was ready and waiting for us with sausage and eggs, bagels and muffins, cereals and juices. Good coffee!! They're indoor pool was a BIG draw for us and our kid. It is heated and very well maintained like every inch of the property. Don't hesitate, BOOK now, because we definitely would again and again!!

We're spending a couple of nights in Chattanooga for spring break. The pool is so nice and warm. I usually find hotel pool water to be freezing. Not the case here. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful. (It's no longer under construction as some reviews mentioned.) Our room is on the smaller size, but I'm pretty sure we aren't going to need more space. It's got everything we need... Bed, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV... The location is perfect for getting to downtown, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. It's definitely sufficient for what we need, not to mention a great value

They messed up our reservation. We reserved a suite with 2 queens in a seperate bedroom, pull out couch, full kitchen and got a regular single king bed room. 5 people in one king bed. Then room service started knocking and having a party through the halls at 730 am and woke our kids up. They took over our room while we went to breakfast at 930, check out was at NOON. I've never had room service want us gone as bad as they did. They asked us 5 times if we were leaving, left 2 carts ouside our door for an hour, and 2 hours before check out. Never going back there.

We stayed Christmas night, 2015, raining up a storm. Check in went smoothly, room was clean & updated. We had our 3 dogs with us, 1st one is free. The price for the other 2 was reasonable. Internet was out but the company was called out to service it, with all the rain I would imagine everyone else had the same problem. The front desk was very good about keeping us updated. Very friendly, professional, very clean. Breakfast & coffee kept coming when it ran low. We stayed with them again on our return trip Jan.1st, 2016. We do recommend this hotel!

Second time staying on a Reed Roof Inn this week. First in Virginia and last night here in Chattanooga. Great service, clean rooms and dog friendly. We have two dogs, but you pay only for the second one. Green area for the dogs, I just wish people traveling with dogs clean after their pets, but I guess not everybody is a responsible pet owner.Waffle House and Cracker Barrel are walking distance from the motel. Really peaceful and nice place. The beds are really good too.

WE have stayed at other properties, motel chains, & this was by far the best experience. The Exterior is a tad deceiving at first, but the Motels Lobby, Staff, Rooms were beyond my expectations.The Lobby was bright, with Red& White. The Staff was friendly. The Rooms were cleans, & comfortable. Even the bed was wonderful, not like sleeping on a board.The only negative remarks I have is the bathrooms could be a tad bigger, & the parking lot needs repair.

I've been to Chattanooga and stayed twice at Lookout Mountain Red Roof Inn #422. It's a wonderful location and we love looking at the mountain from the motel. Management keeps the motel impeccably! It is neat and clean. Desk staff are extremely helpful. Our room was very nice and the pool area is also. Their breakfast bar is stocked well and every 10-15 minutes more fresh food is provided. Overall it is a very nice place to stay!

Chattanooga Marriott Downtown
I was expecting to find a nice hotel when I booked my room. I got that and much more. Everything was first rate- the convenience of a nice restaurant (or three) inside, access to the convention center, and nice rooms. What makes this hotel really stand out is the staff. They are one and all very friendly, helpful, and service minded. I've never encountered a better group of people. Thanks, Jeff Johnson

Hampton Inn Chattanooga-Airport/I-75
I was a little disappointed with our room. There were a few gnats in the bathroom and our 2nd night the carpet by sink was soaking wet from probably a broken pipe. There was no microwave or refrigerator in room which should be standard for a Hampton inn. The breakfast however was good, and the. Staff was exceptionally nice. Would stay there again only if no other rooms available in the area.

've visited this location numerous times over the past year and a half and have generally enjoyed my experience. I've generally found the hotel and location to be cozy and the staff to be pleasant. The price and value are well-paired, and the proximity to downtown Chattanooga is just right, as it's close enough (about 5-7 miles) to be close and distant enough to be away from loud pedestrians.
