T K Automotive
This shop recently opened up under new ownership. I called em up to schedule my BMW in for some basic maintenance. My entire experience was painless from start to finish. To start Hasan was not only extremely friendly he is also super knowledgeable, he actually understands cars and how they work. And You can trust that he'll actually treat your car is if it's his own! Having worked in a dealership, and been in and out of automotive shops majority of my life I know that's not a common practice. But you can rest assured that it is more than just a common practice here. It's also hard / nearly impossible to find a shop that is kept nice and clean. As a lady I can truly appreciate how clean and organized everything is here.Do NOT hesitate to call if you're having any issues with your car or just need basic maintenance! (:

Gold Star Auto Repair And Body
This is a great mechanic ! Whether I have a small problem or a big one, Mike and Luis are VERRRY helpful and deliver old-fashioned customer service sadly lacking in today's world!!! For example, not only did Mike {owner} give me a lift back home when working on my car, he also dropped off my friend to his home as well!! He repairs cars the right way and is truly concerned about customer satisfaction!Customer service is what he is all about! Don't go to the dealer- do yourself a favor and bring your car to Mike at Gold Star - He is the best!-Darren B.

JT Auto Repair
Julio is a very competent mechanic. He made my crushed front bumper look like it was brand new. My insurance company refused to authorize replacing the bumper, so Julio fixed it instead. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and how quickly he got the job done. I've worked with other body shops in the past, but JT Auto Repair is the best so far because of Julio. He is friendly, helpful, prices fairly and delivers service with a smile. I would recommend him to anyone.

Gold Star Auto Repair And Body
Very good quality work! They know what they are doing! Had my old silver Jeep TJ changed to metallic green and hard top, fenders, bumpers, etc. were black.. Very happy! Plus my wife's car had a front end dent: This shop was very well priced for the repairs and painting! Over all they became my choice for repairs from 4 other shops I haves used. Like their friendly atmosphere from the owner,Mike and his employees.. Also, he drove me home when my wife was "busy"!

JT Auto Repair
I'd say "I know a great place to take your car for any service: mechanic and collision repair." I needed body work on my 04RSX and it had oil leaks. I was treated with priority. My car was fixed right away. Affordable, honest, friendly most of all felt good getting it all fixed. So thank you and I will definitely refer JT Auto Repair to my neighbors, friends and family.

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
