First I reserved a U-Haul online and I arrive at the store...while the nasty and yet rude customer service rep begin looking for a key she couldn’t find..She ate the entire time...words between her and my friend exchanged on her rudeness and she stated she would not assist us. She started cursing and becoming irate like lord Jesus she should never work with the public and their establishment is filthy nasty dirty...I see where they get their name from the level of professionalism is at a all time low and the next time if it is I won’t be so nice!

Custom 4 Wheel Parts & Accessories
I brought my new Ford Mustang (owned less than a month) to Custom 4 Wheel Parts & Accessories at 7101 South Blvd. Charlotte, NC on December 3rd, 2016 to have my front windows, rear quarter windows, and rear window tinted with LLumar Window Film (LLumar). Less than a week later, all windows showed bubbling and dust spots under the film. At this point, I scheduled an appointment with them to have the windows redone and fixed. At which time I also noticed a 1-2" horizontal scratch on my driver side window that they stated was already there and also refused to do anything about. When they finished and backed it out in the parking lot, I saw the same issues with the tint as before and they redid the tint (again) the same day. However, the tint is even worse than before and more issues have developed.I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for today (December 21st, 2016) due to the bubbling and tears around the windows. Due to this being my third time coming to their shop (and forth time having the tint replaced), I requested to have all the tint removed and a refund issued. The shop owner refused to refund my money and remove the tint. Can anyone suggest a reputable tint shop that can properly remove the tint and apply new tint without any amateur issues?Thank you.Pictures: https://imgur.com/a/i3mOv

I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN. I DROPPED MY RIM OFF ON SATURDAY FOR REPAIRS. AT FIRST I WAS TOLD $150.00 BY THE OWNER, I SAID THAT I WOULD SHOP AROUND AND MAYBE COME BACK. HE THEN AGREED TO DO THE REPAIRS FOR $100.00. HE TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE READY NO LATER THAN MONDAY. I CALLED ON MONDAY AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY ON TUESDAY. ON TUESDAY I CALLED AND WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ALL DAY. FINNALY I WAS TOLD TO COME THE NEXT DAY. I WENT TO PICK MY RIM UP AND WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE $150.00. I ADVISED THE YOUNG LADY AT THE COUNTER OF WHAT I WAS TOLD AND SHE GAVE ME THE OWNERS CELL NUMBER AND TOLD ME TO CALL HIM. I CALLED HIM AND HE BEGAN TO TWLL ME THAT HE HAD TO SEND IT OFF AND THAT WAS THEN REASON FOR THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. MY RESPONSE WAS WHY WOULDN'T YOU CONTACT ME AND TELL ME THAT. HE SAID HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME. I ADVISED HIM THAT I WOULD PAY THE $100.00 I AGREED TO AND THAT WAS IT. I WANTED TO AGRUE WITH ME ABOUT THE PRICE. IN THE END I ENDED UP PAYING $115.00. I AM HAPPY WITH THE REPAIRS BUT NOT WITH THE WAY THINGS WERE HANDLED. WHILE I WAS THERE THE PHONE WAS RINGING NON STOP WITH ANGERY CUSTOMERS. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Very nice and hardworking people. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his products. The staff has pretty women who know their stuff there. If you need nice used or new rims or tires go see them.

On top of waiting in the lobby for nearly a half hour until someone was able to speak with me, the guy who was getting me set up with the uhaul rental was on a personal phone call throughout the rental paperwork. He didn't know how to work the online application so that process was painful. I was told the furniture pads were in the back of the truck, so I didn't look. Once I had opened the back of the truck when I got to my house, there was cardboard and styrafoam all over the inside. Also, no furniture pads. Gas tank was only filled to 1/4, which I thought was weird. I returned the uhaul after stopping at the gas station to fill back up to 1/4 tank. Nobody was willing to help me b/c there was a rap video being filmed inside the facility. Yes.. A rap video!! So I left the keys in the drop box and went on my way. I got a voicemail the next day claiming I hadn't filled it back to 1/4 tank, which I did. And that I hadn't return the furniture pads which were never given to me. Total additional charges charged to my credit card of $83. I was never able to reach them by phone the next few days to rectify the situation. Stay away from this place! Nobody knows what the hell they are doing in there and can't run a proper business. I will never return and would suggest that nobody else do either.

This place may can finance you but the cars are junk! They are all rejects from a leasing company like Enterprise. My soninlaw just bought something from here on saturday, they forgot to put on paper tags...Took it back within 48 hours since air conditioner didnt work, only to be told that the fabulous warranty that they offer doesnt cover that...You want another car? Do you have more money? High interest rates are understandable for bad credit, but that does not mean you have to be sold a piece of junk!! STay away

I have now been waiting over three hours to buy two very worn used tires for over $50 each! I have heard a very scary cuss fight between employees. I'm no wuss but it had me looking for a place to dive when the shots started. This was not beyond the realm of possibility considering some of the appearances of characters involved!! Then we were treated to some of the most deafening vulgar rap music I've ever heard. This IS Wilkenson Blvd. I AM buying used tires... I am PO!! But in the future this PO girl will find her tires somewhere else!!!That is IF I EVER get out of here with these!
Tips & Advices
Wheel caster is the angle created by the steering pivot points, from the front to the back of the vehicle. It is positive if the line angles forward, and negative if it angles back. A positive caster typically makes the car or truck more stable at higher speeds.
The camber angle of a wheel is the measured angle in degrees, between a wheels vertical alignment, perpendicular to the road. Wheels perfectly perpendicular to the road are at 0 degrees. This is considered ideal to prevent uneven wear on the surface of the tire and also to maximize standard performance. This is part of the alignment of the vehicle and can be adjusted for performance purposes.
Wheels can absolutely affect gas mileage. Larger, heavier wheels and tires create added weight to the car, generally decreasing mileage; lighter-weight wheels are prone to enhancing gas mileage.
As long as the wheels are made by an accredited manufacturer or machine shop, they are safe to use within the boundaries set forth by the manufacturer. There can be exceptions with random wheel failures, but, generally, they are completely safe as long as they are installed correctly and driven within the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer.
Changing wheels can affect the performance of the car. Size, width, and weight are among the factors that affect performance. Some wheels emphasize straight-ahead performance, usually associated with drag racing, while others are associated with performance and handling, while still others are purely ornamental in nature. Tires have much more impact on performance than wheels, however.
