I recently purchased a 2012 Infinity G37S, and the one detail that was missing on this beautiful car was good tinted windows. I went to Dirty South Customs on Tryon St, and Fatboy took excellent care of taking my car in and assuring me that the car will be ready in less than a few hours. Came back in to pick up the car, and not only receive great smiles when I walked in, they said hi using my first name and told me they were finishing up right now. Fatboy took me in the back to see my car getting such special detailed service from their Tinting Specialist. While waiting, I was comfortable and relaxed while the two front desk employees, Fatboy being one of them showed me around so I can see other items the store had to offer and items to purchase for all types of models of cars. My car was pulled up in front when finished and she looked amazing! Showed that all three professionals went above and beyond to make me completely satisfied. I'll be back on a regular basis for detailed car washes. I'll definitely never go anywhere else in Charlotte and highly recommend anyone wanting a tint and/or a paint job to come to one of the three locations Dirty South Customs are located at. Thanks, Hisham for taking great care of me and following up with continued services that I will need SOON. You have a great company, be proud!
I have bought 3 vehicles (from Ryan & Justin) and all have been awesome!!! I Have referred several of my friends who have bought Maseratis and Mercedes from them with the same results. I have also used them to consign my Bentley GT, BMW 750 and 2 Jeeps. The consignment fee is very reasonable and makes it easier for me to sell my vehicles. Their showroom is by far the best I have ever seen and I sometimes drop by just to check out the high end cars. I would definitely recommend Metro Auto Group to others. I give these guys a 5 out of 5 for their fridley, knowledgeable customer service. They also have a high end service/repair shop in back were I have all of my vehicles severed now. This is your one stop shop for all high end exotic vehicles. Thanks, Jon Charlotte, NC
Steele Creek Tire and Service has incredible customer service, prices are great and they do a terrific job. I have been to many different auto service shops, this is the first time I have felt the shop I was using had the total package of great prices, terrific customer service and they do what needs to be done well, without trying to get you for anything extra. They explain everything clearly, do what they say they are going to do and never try to price gauge. Their prices are lower than other auto service shops I have used in the area. I definitely recommend Steele Creek Tire and Service in Charlotte NC
just saw a review on google about the used tire warehouse. COME ON PEOPLE!! GET A GRIP! OF COURSE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET THE BEST OF THE BEST WHEN PURCHASING USED TIRES. IT WOULD HELP IF THE COMPANY LETS THE CLIENTS CHECK OUT THE TIRE BEFORE INSTALLING, AND OFFER REPLACEMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS IF FOUND DEFECTIVE. OTHER THAN THAT YOU ARE BUYING AT YOUR OWN RISK WHEN PURCHASING USED TIRES, AND ITS JUST THAT "USED TIRES" NOT GUARANTEED TO BE IN TOP NOTCH SHAPE, BUT SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO GET YOU BY FOR A FEW WEEKS OR SO UNTIL A NEW SET CAN BE OBTAINED. ONCE AGAIN GET A GRIP !(GOOGLE USER TODD!)
Having worked for many Dealerships in the great Charlotte area, and having been an Insurance Adjuster for many years, I know when people are honest or not. I was recommended to this shop my my CPA. When I I needed my car inspected, I knew it would not pass due to the brake light on the dash being on. They could have changed me for any 'fix.' The mechanic told me it just needed sone brake fluid-no charge! My car passed inspection, and I since been back for brakes, but told I still have many thousands of miles to go, again no charge. I'll tell anyone how great this shop is!
My experience was brief, but pleasant. They were going to do a fairly major repair for half as much as everyone else was quoting me. But then they discovered something else even more major and told me that I should probably just not do it. It would be more than the value of the car. I was really bummed out about it because I love that car, so they offered me a free oil change when I get a new one, and the whole diagnosis was free. Plus they charged my battery fully also for no charge so I could get home (bad alternator).
I live about 3 miles from the shop and any time I've had an issue with my cars they have always been prompt, professional, and courteous. I too don't know what all the negative comments are about but I have had no problems at all. Just recently I had to have my passenger side wheel ball bearing fixed and they had ordered the part and had it waiting when I got there and fixed my car within the timeframe they provided. I have nothing but great things to say about this business. Keep doing what you're doing!
Very professional and very friendly staff. It's a good idea to make an appointment and they will have you out of there in under an hour. I did not have an appointment and they repaired my flat tire in 30 minutes and did not charge me a cent! They obviously want to keep their customers happy so they will have their repeat business. I hadn't been in since 2006, but they were happy to help me at no charge! Their tire prices are hard to beat!
I don't know what the first person who posted on here saw, but I was extremely pleased. I needed good used tires to be able to pass inspection. They found me 4 tires (two of each and name brand) for an incredible price. The service took a minute but they were also slammed that day. I'm willing to wait an hour to save $200.00. How about you?
I have been taking my cars here for over ten years. I have had each of my cars for at least ten years and Mike has saved me at least half what the dealer would have charged with better outcomes. The mechanics actually solve problems, not follow the cookbook or what a computer says to do.
- Move your car to a safe location.
- Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
- Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
- Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
- Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
