  • Years of Thank yous!

How can I put in words how grateful we are for all each of you has done for our two children. Each of you have played a part in molding our children into who they are today. For almost three years you have provided them with a place we can feel safe and confident that they will receive the best care possible-that in itself as a parent is priceless. You have given them, and provided them, a base of knowledge from which they can build upon for the rest of their lives. You show every child how unique and special they are in this world. There are so many memories that we as a family will cherish forever

  • Amazing Child Care Decision

Three years ago I enrolled my son in child care. I was nervous about the decision and I toured many child care locations. I choose Primrose School at Park Crossing because of their educational curriculum, friendly owner and caring staff. I started him at 3 days a week and increased to full time since he was doing so well. He has made many friends and has blossomed at Primrose. He has learned sign language, Spanish, alphabet and counting. I look back on my decision with great joy since I made the best decision for my son. Our six week old daughter will be starting soon and we are sure she will blossom as our son did.

  • A childcare from Heaven above.

I have 2 children enrolled at Primrose School at Park Crossing. My children have learened so much at Primrose! When we drive down the road; my 2 year old points out every sign and tells me what shape and color it is!
The Primrose administration and staff are all very kind to each child. If I ever have a question the owner or director always gives me an educated and kind response.
I don't know who Chris Scott is, but I am astonished at their review. Primrose is the exact opposite of what they described in their review.
I feel that Primrose is truely our extended family. They provide a safe, loving, and educational enviornment.

  • Being Part of the Family

The first time I walked into the school it was filled with a sense of warmth, from the Director to the staff and the decor. The educational program is a plus, as well as the extra programs and the special events at the school. The Park Crossing school really goes the extra mile for the parents. It is definitely a feeling of being part of the family.

My child has been a student for a year and I cannot write enough words, nor can I use enough adjectives to express just how impressed I am with the education my son is receiving. From the owner to the staff and dedicated teachers, every person in that building is committed to seeing that every student who walks in the door receives the utmost quality of care, kindness, compassion and education possible. I have witnessed an embracing atmosphere unmatched by any school I have ever witnessed. To walk into a school and witness such compassion and a genuine feeling of sincerity truly makes me proud of where my children are being left for care. Thank you Primrose for the dedication to success and student achievement both in the books and building character.

  • A Parent's Thank You!

I just want to take this time to write a letter of thanks to my Primrose family. I have been a part of Primrose for 6 years now and feel very blessed to say so. Both of my children began attending Primrose at the age of 3 months. My oldest daughter, who is now 6 years old, has been through the school's entire curriculum, and now attends the after-school program. She is a confident, happy, intelligent and well adjusted child. I believe this has a great deal to do with the efforts of the Primrose staff and the team attitude that they foster. I feel like the teachers, administration, my child, and myself are part of a unique team, working towards a common goal. Anytime I have had a concern about my children, I have always been able to speak to the teachers and director to collaborate and offer healthy solutions for my children?s growth.

Primrose at Park Crossing is committed to their students, families, and educational program and has proven so for many years. They maintain a high standard of excellence from everyone which enhances their program and creates a true sense of family. This is a much cherished, rare quality. Primrose at Park Crossing is our choice because of their excellence!

I love and appreciate the entire staff of Primrose at Park Crossing.

Thank you and keep up the great work!

  • 5 star price, 1 star service

I would stay away from this place. While some of the teachers are great, the management staff is horrible! My kids were constantly sick while enrolled here, and my wife asked the owner about implementing a hand washing policy, and the owner's response was that it was too hard to enforce. Every time I addressed the owner with a concern, she came up with an excuse for why it was not possible. There is something not right that my kids missed the equivalent to one to two days a week from being sick, they would always get better over the weekend, but would get sick again come Monday. While the school advertises they are 5 star day care, I have experienced many things that lead me to believe they should not be, from teacher ratios to cleanliness. One thing that is also odd, the owner's daughter was consistently in and out of all of the kids rooms playing and doing tasks, which just does not seem appropriate, being that she is not an adult There are many reasons I DO NOT recommend this day care which I have witnessed one time. This location is also closed when many days other day cares are not, so be prepared to take a sick/vacation day.. If you are looking for a great day care facility, check out Cranfield Acadamy!

  • Thank you Primrose!!!!!

When we moved to Charlotte from New York almost two and a half years ago, we were excited to start a new life for our family in much warmer climate! My husband's job as an engineer brought us here and I decided to take some time off and enjoy being a stay-at-home mom. When our daughter was 1 1/2 years and not walking, I realized that it was time for me to be around adults again and return to my career in marketing and my daughter needed to be around a warm, loving environment that would foster physical, emotional and mental growth. Primrose was the first school we looked at when it was time to enroll our child in a preschool. After visiting, watching the smiling faces of all the children at the school and learning about the structured curriculum, we didn't need to look any further and our daughter has been with the school ever since.

When my child started school at Primrose she was 16 months old, still crawling and hadn't really experienced interaction with a large group of children her own age. Now, she has grown into a strong, independent little girl who walks, runs, jumps and dances. She loves singing her ABCs, counting and telling us all about her friends and favorite teachers at Primrose.

Enrolling our child at Primrose has become more than just a student, parent, school relationship. It's become our extended family. From the very beginning I knew we were in the right place when we saw how our daughter was surrounded by loving and supporting people who relished in her accomplishments as much as her father and I do. The gift you've given us and our daughter is something we'll hold in our hearts for the rest of our lives.

  • My son loves the school

We recently moved to Charlotte and I was worried about finding child care for my son that would be enjoyable and learning . We found it!!!
The teachers are loving and care for the children. My son is learning so much.
The owner is always on site and she has helped me so much regarding local child topics.
A neighborhood in Cameron Woods recommended them and I am so thankful.

  • Best child care

My son loves Primrose. He has been at the Primrose school for over 1 year. The teachers are very caring and show him a lot of love. I find them to be knowledgeable about child development.

They have many programs they bring in for the children - Music, Fun bus and others.

They had a Primrose review and informed the parents they continue to rate excellent. In addition, they are a North Carolina 5 star school. I see them performing many interactive programs so I think they are related to the many accreditation programs they are involved in.

I recommend them to all my friends.

  • Great school!!!!!!

My daughter loves the school and does not want to go home at the end of the day. My daughter has been at Primrose for 3 years since she was an infant. I have found the teachers to be great. My daughter has learned so much with the Primrose program.
The management has been great with child care questions. They are truly experts.

They are a 5 star school and National SACS/CITA so they are very good with child care.
