Preston Counseling
I have worked with Greg Preston for over a year to overcome challenges with depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. Today I feel I am back on my feet again, calm and confident. Greg helped me tremendously. He is patient, never tiring of my repetitious negative thinking and ready to listen closely even if we have already gone over strategies to resolve the obstacles. One particular strength is his endless ability to reframe even my most bleak and entrenched thoughts. He commands a large toolbox of strategies and perspective altering thought experiments and anecdotes. These have helped me break out of negative thought patterns or choose life-fulfilling options over life-limiting behavior. Don’t let an easy-going, easily approached, and fun personality mask Greg’s rigor and training; he is very well read. I strongly recommend Greg based on my experiences as a twenty-something man overcoming depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

Genesis Project 1 Inc
I wholeheartedly recommend Genesis Project 1 to anybody seeking counseling from caring, dedicated professionals.I am at ease with my therapist while maintaining the professional bounds of a counselor, I still feel more like I am talking with a trusted friend than a counselor. She is able to put me at ease such that I could express the feelings that I work so hard to repress during the course of "my normal" life and talk through them.

Preston Counseling
Greg is a great listener, which is hard to find these days. Its comforting because I can go on and on, and find myself going on tangents. He has been able to have me focus on, with self-guidance on what ails me . Over the last few months, its been a positive experience in being able to uncover, work out, and develop change. I would highly recommend!

Preston Counseling
Preston Counseling was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Preston was helpful, a good listener, empathetic and had great feedback over the course of several weeks. I went to him for depression after a bad break up. I learned new coping skills that I will hopefully use for a lifetime. Preston Counseling was the best Counseling place I've ever been to!

Carolina Bone & Joint
Dr Hayes and his staff are the best. They listen with care and show a lot of concern. My operation was as expected and I was very well informed. The staff at CMC Union made me feel like I was apart of their family. They also took time to follow up. I hope he will give Kim a raise. She makes you feel welcome...Paul Wagner

Therapy Charlotte: Nicole Saunders, LCSW
Nicole is an amazing therapist. When I moved to Charlotte, I really needed someone to help me work through the transition and help clarify my personal goals. Nicole was very supportive, caring, and non-judgmental while also giving me direct feedback. I don't know where I'd be without her.
