This is the first time that I've ever negatively reviewed a business and hate to not support a local business. However, after 6 months of dealing with Queen City Appliance I feel that buyers should BEWARE.I bought appliances for a new construction home.. the customer service was the VERY WORST. The person who was my original sales person went on medical leave and that left me with no one at all to help with my order & delivery of appliances. I was given false dates for delivery several times and ended up driving more than two hours to the store so that i would have the cook top in time for my counter top installation. One sales person told me that he was doing me a favor by helping me because he was not making commission because my sales person was out on medical leave and he would still get commission. I don't care who gets the commission. I just wanted my appliances. Once the appliances were delivered, the down draft did not work. I called customer service and they were unhelpful and blamed it on the installation and gave me an 800 number for the manufacturer. I've worked with a lot of different businesses while building my house and Queen City was above and beyond the worst experience that I have had. Terrible, terrible, terrible service all the way around.

Quick Quality Fix Appliance Repair and Wholesale
Alex, along with his dad, came out to service my KitchenAid dishwasher. He was here about 3 hours and finally determined the circuit board was the issue. He put a hold on the part for the repair to install after he returned from a business trip out of town a week later. That was on April 13, 2017 and today is April 28, and after 5 messages, he has yet to return my call. I used to travel on business so I understand being away, but in the evening I always checked my messages and returned calls. I chose this company bc of the great reviews. Alex was very pleasant and professional as stated; but after so many attempts I can't understand him ignoring my calls. My check has been cashed and my dishwasher is not repaired. What's one to think?

A/C & Heat Repair LLC
I called several large named Companys when my furnace was not working. I was put off. A/C heat & Repair came to my home at 1:00 am, and fixed the problem. I had warm air in my house that night. Highly recomended.

This is a great place to get lost in.....sooo many items to look at, makes you feel like you are truly on a Treasure hunt!! Extra friendly staff, and always willing to help. I have gotten some really great deals here.

The employees at this Rent A Center have to be the most incompetent bunch of numbskulls I have ever encountered. There is no formal method for recording customer issues. This results in several different people harassing you about RESOLVED issues that simply weren’t communicated among the staff. Had the interaction simply been notated in a Client Portal of sorts, this wouldn’t be a problem. Further, the staff is rude and unprofessional. It’s ignorant to assume that all of RAC customers are lowlife, government aid idiots who deserve to be treated as second class citizens. I cannot wait until I’m done paying on this item. I will never use or recommend Rent A Center again. Especially this location on South Boulevard.

Queen City Audio Video & Appliances
I Purchased 6 appliances from Queen City all of them Sub Zero except the ice maker which was a U Line. I wanted a Sub Zero, but the Salesperson Rick Webb talked me into the U Line in stock. He assured me that is was the same quality and had the same warranty as the Sub Zero. I have a problem with the ice maker that is going to cost $800.00 to fix. It would have been covered under warranty had it been a Sub Zero. Then I called U Line for assistance and they told me that the "new" unit that was sold to me in November 2012 was shipped to Queen City in 2006. They are not willing to do anything about the problem. Stay as far away from these guys as possible. They are beyond decietful
