A referral from a local regular customer spurred the contact. A phone reservation with the company was agreed upon for a specific amount. We called back when we needed to add one more passenger to the ride. The rep said there was no problem and the rate would be the same...$478.Fast forward: Plane landed in Charlotte and a quick call said the car would arrive shortly. Very true....the driver arrived within 15 minutes of landing. All seemed well. Our party found the driver exactly where he said he would be and as we loaded everyone into the car with luggage loaded, one of our patty who made the reservation in our group confirmed our rate with the driver before we left. Welll, what do you know?!? Isaac, the driver, then told us the cost would be $150 per person. Absolutely not, we said. The quote was for one price and then changed after we were in the vehicle. Not only is this poor business practice, it is morally wrong to take advantage of people.Rider, beware of this company. We had received a good review, yet our experience was FAR from it.Shame on you, Isaac.

He is not a man with integrity. He had my case for nine months. I only spoke with him once.He stood me up for a conference call and never informed me the opposing party had responded He was dishonest and basically abandoned our case. This reckless driver for this company cut rite in front of us and almost made us end up rite under his truck. Tried to contact company and no answer. Sent to voicemail and it was too full to leave a message. I believe he was working for the city because he just entered a construction site at the side of the road. He was so distracted that he missed his entrance for his worksite and decided to cut rite in front of us and almost kill us. Government should be more careful on who they hire.

I would recommend contacting them first and using your best judgement. Ken is very good attorney, but some of his office staff is horrible not professional enough. You must be polite and professional at all times when it comes to handling law. Excellent communication is everything in this industry. Your people are a representation of yourself.
