I originally went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the wheels rebalanced. Made and appointment, dropped it off, and got a shuttle ride back to work. 3 hrs later I was called and told my vehicle was ready to be picked up, the shuttle came and got me at lunch time and I was back at work with my vehicle within the hr. The next day I drove on the interstate and noticed the steering wheel and driver's seat were both vibrating once the vehicle went above 65 mph. I called Moses and talked to Greg, I told him I was there the day before and got my tires balanced and now my vehicle vibrates when I drive it. He told me he was booked up for that day and the next but he had openings for the day after that. He took my info and told me he would see me in two days. When I took the vehicle back in I told Greg what I was there for and he told me he didn't have me on the schedule, I told him I spoke with him and asked if he remembered and he said "well bud I talk to all kinds of people." He quickly wrote my info on a clip board and I saw Woody the shuttle guy and he asked if I needed another ride. He took me back to work where I got a call from Greg asking when I last brought my vehicle in, he said they had no record of my oil change, tire rotation, or wheel balance from 3 days prior. 3 hrs later I called and asked if my vehicle was ready and I was told it hadn’t been brought in yet. 3 hrs later I called again and I was told the vehicle was brought in but wasn’t ready. At 3:30 I was called and told my vehicle was ready and the to call the Woody the shuttle guy and have him pick me up. I called Woody and he told me he was in St. Albans and he would come get me as soon as he could. It was past 4:30 when I made it back to the dealership and was able to pick my vehicle up. Greg told me the previous service was apparently logged under a previous vehicle I had and they put a note on this service referencing the prior work completed. The original service took 3 hrs and I had my vehicle back, the second time I took the vehicle back for Moses to fix what they did it took an entire day and now I have inaccurate service records showing on car fax. I give Moses a lot of business and have bought 3 vehicles from them yet when an issue they caused forced me to take time off work to correct this is what I got.

You have to shop Turnpike Ford the next time you want a car. In the beginning, I was looking at a Ford F-150 at another dealer, but a friend of mine told me I'd better shop Turnpike Ford before I bought anything. She told me about Turnpike's Best Price Guarantee, so I went there to check out what trucks they had. They had a good selection of trucks, but not one exactly like I'd seen at the other dealer. They offered to order me one just the way I wanted it, or try and trade for one like I wanted from another dealer. Needless to say, I didn't want to wait, so they started calling around trying to find me a truck. Within 15 minutes, they told me that they'd found one. They ended up trading for the EXACT same truck that I'd originally looked at (lol), and they beat their deal by almost $1,000!!! I've been back for an oil change, and everyone I spoke to in Service was really nice. A lady even called me a few days after my appointment just to make sure I had a good experience. I would highly recommend Turnpike Ford to all my friends.

We shopped several dealers closer to where we live, before we went to Turnpike Ford. I'm glad we drove a little further, because everyone was so nice. They beat the other Ford store's prices, but I probably would've paid more there than at other places I'd been to simply because of how well they treated us.

Moses has always provided me friendly service and has done excellent work. They make sure things are done correctly with as little inconvience to be as possible. This is a far, far cry from the days when you would cringe every time you had to go to a dealership. GREAT SERVCE!!!
