Billy is great to work with. He gives a fair price and then backs it up with quality work. He is a certified 'Master Plumber". He can work on gas lines, water and sewer. Apparently, he has been in the business for over 35 years and it shows. He has helped me over the past 15 years that I have known him with everything from sink faucets, to putting in a jet tub, and changing the plumbing from copper to PEX pipe. I would highly recommend him to anyone. M.

They are so professional in terms of their work and also so approachable. They gave me advice and shared the best of their knowledge. Absolutely outstanding company. 5 stars!

Tips & Advices
Some states do not require plumbers to be licensed, but for the safety of your house, it is important to have  a licensed plumber to do the needed work. A licensed plumber means the person completed the necessary education or training required to work as a professional tradesperson. Hiring a licensed plumbing service means the people working on your building are knowledgeable about water and gas pipes.
Even with a referral it is  best to hire a plumber to do a simple, everyday maintenance task for you first so you can judge his or her work. If you're happy with it, save their contact information so you'll have them on hand in case you need an emergency repair.
Water discoloration is  likely due to old iron pipes, or recent use of a hydrant or water main that disturbed the usual flow of water. Keep your water running for a minute or so and it should run clear after a while.
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
