Grigios Grooming
If I told my best friend or a family member about my experience grooming my two yorkies and my maltese with Sharon, I'd tell them to go! I've been to so many groomers, and every time I go it seems there are new groomers and my dog is shaking because they don't know them. Then I have to explain each of my three dogs haircuts that I want. I met Sharon over a year ago, and take my dogs every 8 weeks. They are excited to see her, which tells me that they are being treated very well in her home. I like the fact that Sharon is the only person who bathes & grooms my dog. It's nice to leave them in her home as she didn't have dogs waiting and she has no cages. She has a nice bed set up for them and they wait in the comfort of her home. She always calls me or sends me a text that they are ready. I love her and her meticulous job she has always done on my three dogs. Please, if you hate changes, you won't hate this one. Give her a try, you will be thrilled you did it. I know I have to travel 30 minutes just to get them there, but it's worth the trip every few months. Thank you so much Sharon and I'm so glad I found you and glad to send everyone I know to you!!!

Grigios Grooming
It seems every time I use to pick my dog up at the other groomer, I always found things they didn't do right or finish, I'd have to point it out, it was frustrating. Plus, he was so scared of walking into this place. Then a friend told me about Sharon and that she's been taking her dog to her for 9 years. She said she wouldn't go any other place and that if Sharon ever moved, she would hyperventilate. I walked out of her place with not one complaint. My dogs not only looked amazing, but it's nice to know that they will only be dealing with her and not a different groomer every time I walk into petco. Thx a bunch!

Elephant Bar
One of the best restaurants in the Chandler area.. I have been here numerous times and have ordered something different each time. I have never been dissapointed. There food is so wonderful, their bartenders know how to make very good drinks. The only downfall is that their menu is huge so it can be overwhelming on deciding what to eat. They have a great deal for the holidays for every $25 in gift cards you purchase you get a $5 card for free. Also Happy Hour is the best in town.

More Than A Groomer
More than a Groomer in Chandler is a wonderful place to take your dogs. Lori has been grooming our dogs for years and she is a real dog whisperer! She understands the animals and doesn't put them in cages or mistreat them in any way. Our dogs love her and give her kisses every time they get groomed. I can't recommend her enough!!!

Tips & Advices
Some pet groomers have viewing areas where owners can sit and watch their pets being treated. Most prevent owners from being in the same room as the pet, however, as the owner's presence might cause the pet to become too excited.
Pets that cannot interact with strangers do not make good professional grooming candidates. Sometimes medication can help, but some groomers don't take animals that have been sedated. If a pet becomes too unruly, a groomer may end the session entirely.
It's best to fully vaccinate pets before bringing them to their first grooming appointment. Dogs should receive the DA2PPC vaccine, which stands for canine distemper, canine andenovirus type 2, canine parvovirus, and parainfluenza. It's also a good idea to vaccinate dogs against Bordedatella (aka “kennel cough”). In fact, New York City requires dogs receive both DAPP and Bordetella shots. Cats, meanwhile, should get the FVRCP vaccine: feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus infection, and panleukopenia. In addition, all pets should be up to date on their rabies shots. Owners should wait at least 24 hours after getting their pet vaccinated before bringing it to the groomers.
Technically, there is no such thing as a pet that is too old for a professional groomer. In fact, older pets with joint or mobility issues often can't groom themselves and need someone else to clean them. However, pets that are blind, deaf, or have serious medical issues might not do well at a groomer, especially if the person is inexperienced. Owners should feel free to ask potential groomers about their understanding of elderly pet issues. Often, older pets will exhibit puppy-like behavior and squirm or yelp during grooming. Alternatively, they might not be able to stand for long periods of time. As such, grooming an older pet usually takes more time than grooming a young one.
Puppies and kittens should be at least 10 weeks old before their first professional grooming session. They should be used to being gently handled by strangers and comfortable being separated from their owners for a few hours at a time.
