Rosati's Pizza
I came in having a rough day, the manager was possibly the sweetest person I'd encountered all day. She made us feel like we were right at home! After having pizzas at many different places, this is seriously the best I've ever been to. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Fired Pie
Might as well go to Caesar Caesar for pizza. Limp crust, no substance and was not made as ordered (Pesto Chicken without ANY chicken). Pepperoni & Sausage was over the top greasy and mini pepperoni's - just cheap pizza. Will definitely not go back. This was the new location at Ocotillo (south Chandler).

Went to H&H CITY PIZZA for the first time last night. I really did enjoy this place. The pizza was very traditional of what you get in Italy. Super thin crust but it was just right I felt good after eating it. The best part was all pizza can be customized!! The staff was friendly too and I can't wait to go back.

02/25/2013To Whom It May Concern:My name is Anthony Davis; I’m a very concerned customer. I frequent your Ray and Kyrene location often and on the evening of February 22nd at 10:11pm I called in a phone order, as I’ve done many times before. This time instead of the usually very pleasant Amanda answering the phone, a man answered and began taking my order. Which usually consist, of a dozen baked wings for pick up, cooked 3 to 3.5 times well done. After placing my order, to my surprise the gentleman’s response was that he would cook the wings until 10:30pm only. I was already shocked that he would make such a rude response to any customer and even more than that, a frequent customer I’m sure he was aware of. I asked him why was he so rude, he explained he wasn’t but they closed at 10:30 and that’s would be the latest that he would cook the wings. I began to wonder, what if it was 10:28pm and I ordered them cooked once, would he take them out at 10:30pm and serve them half done. Wow, what a liability and what if I had came in the store and ordered my wings at 10:29pm, would he have denied me my order and should your sign read close at 10:30 but, no food can be ordered past 10:00pm. What was so important then caring for your customer 2/3 minutes past closing to insure there satisfaction and continued patronage. Maybe he had a date that was more important. I’m not sure but, after placing the order anyway, I called back to cancel. I didn’t trust him preparing my food. I asked him his name he told me sneeringly, he was Jerry. I asked his position, to my surprise he said the manager. I couldn’t believe that someone tied to the stores bottom line, would fire customers at a whim. I would like a follow up response to this letter explaining what has been done so that I can fill comfortable continuing to do business with your establishment.I never heard a response to my question from any store manager to date 8/2/13. In this economy, it's shocking that a business would so easily fire a customer... Sincerely,Anthony

Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant
This restaurant's food quality has really gone down hill. We ordered, Fried Mozzarella, Garlic Bread and di Beppo 1893 Salad. The Fried Mozzarella was over cooked and the Garlic Bread was dry and hard. For our main course we ordered the Baked Lasagna, Ravioli al Pomodoro, Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne Arrabbiata. The Baked Lasagna came to the table dark brown with black edges. Needless to say it was burned and dried out. The cook left it in the oven way too long. I sent it back and when the new one arrived it was better, but it was also dried out and close to being burned. The Penne Arrabbiata came out with the Italian sausage extremely over cooked. They were hard and dried out. The Ravioli al Pomodoro was bland and cold. We all had the Cheese Cake for dessert. It seamed to be dry tasting. All in all I think the food might have been freezer burned. Out of four people three of us felt ill afterwards. One was violently ill and two extremely nauseous. We used to love this place, but now we wouldn't go back there for any reason. The restaurant wasn't all that busy. Now I see why! The waitress should have never served that first Lasagna. You could see that it was burned. Over all I give this place a Negative 3 Stars!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE !!
