Please do not make the same mistake I did and hire this company for anything! I had them come to my home for $60 to tell me what was wrong with my dryer. I was told that it was a heating coil and paid the man a total of $260. $60 for the diagnostic visit and $200 for parts and labor. That night I tried to dry my clothes and the dryer was still not heating properly. They come back out again to fix something else that cost me another $60. The next day when I wake up my basement smells like gas. There is a gas leak that is coming from the dryer line which was not there before they were out to look at the dryer. I call them out again to fix their mistake and this time they want to charge $134.00 for a mistake they made. Of course I refuse. What a joke! At the end of all this the only thing they did was give me back $160.00 and still a dryer that does not work. Not only did they scam me out of money, but they put my entire family at risk. Please do yourself a favor and find another company! Oh and forgot to mention the customer service is awful. He is rude and unprofessional.

  • Done a lot of business with them

They were always helpful, came on time, gave good service. I will continue to use them.

We needed some parts to help out a few Salvation Army's with their appliances and these people were very unhelpful. I thought it was just me so had someone else call and same experience. I guess they don't need the business. We were willing to buy several hundred dollars in parts. We found other local parts dealers.

Our company thrives on helping customers who have appliance problems. From Helping with the Diagnosis and cause of the problem. To getting the correct Factory approved part for their machine. To giving tips and tricks to the installation of the part. We are a small Father and son shop. That has been in business since 1967. Helping individual customers. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to provide a Non-Profit corporation, the extensive time and labor that would be needed to accommodate their diverse needs. We were also unable to provide a net 90 billing situation.
