Eagle Property Management
Overall an amazing company. Their staff is extremely friendly and willing to help with whatever they can. I would recommend this company to anybody. I have had a few different management companies over the years and Eagle has been the best by far. I have nothing to say but that my experience has been AMAZING, you guys are great and have helped me through quite a lot, and all while being very nice and understanding of the situation. As long as you give proper notice, Eagle is very understanding and willing to work with you through whatever trouble you are having. Once again, they are an AMAZING company!

I had gotten worried when i read a ton of reviews saying they used all of the deposit money and eveb charged some folks. But i eeceived my deposit the other day, and got back all but 100 bucks of my DOUBLE DEPOSIT. They charged me for carpet cleaning which was stated in my lease so i expected that, and two sets of blinds (which is understandable since my kids destroyed them). While they are not very good with upkeep on the apts... they do refund your deposit fairly if u do what os asked of you when moving out (cleaning, replacing lights, etc.).

Eagle Property Management
I give Eagle Property Management at 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. They always fix things whenever there is a maintenance issue and they keep me notified with what is going on. The apartment common areas such as the entryway and steps look clean. They clear the snow in the winter from the parking lot quickly. The lawn is well taken care of. They always deposit my rent check correctly and I have never had any problems with it being misapplied or anything like that.

Revolution Realty Team
Alisha was phenomenal! We had gone through a different agent initially. We did not like how he conducted business. Rushed us through every house and very high pressure! Then we turned to Alisha. She took the time we needed so we could feel confident about our first home buy. Thank you Alisha and thank you Revolution Realty! I would recommend them above anyone and everyone else! Thank you!

Eagle Property Management
Not very professional, and changed locations and didn't inform me. The new location doesn't have a slot for u to put rent for after hours, if ur not available during the day tough. They take 2 hours for lunch and don't leave anyone there. Would make sense to rotate staff so your customers don't have to plan around them. F for customer service

Seidl & Seidl P.L.C.
I worked with Phill Seidl on my case that was rejected by other lawyers. He was professional yet took my case to heart and we won in 2014. The amount of work he had to do was astronomical but never did he give up!!! The office staff is always there to help too. A definite 5 star for Seidl & Seidl

I rented from them for nearly a year. I never had any problems with the property management and every time we had asked for a repair to be made it was always handled within 1-2 business days.I would definitely rent from them again if im in the market to rent.

Eagle Property Management
If I had a problem with anything, they sent someone out ASAP to get it fixed. Darren was always fixing things up and Dee made sure he got the message if I called. I have only good things to say about Eagles. Thank you all for the wonderful service!
Tips & Advices
Irrigation system advantages:
  • Lowers water bill and maintenance time with scheduled watering
  • Evenly distributes water
Irrigation system disadvantages:
  • Professionally installed systems cost between $3,000-$4,000 for a quarter-acre lot.
  • Some do-it-yourself systems cost up to $1,500 but are difficult to install.
  • You may need to call a professional electrician and plumber, adding $300-$600 to your project.
Some plants can stand up to the cold weather, like kale or pansies. These can be planted in the autumn or early winter. Other plants need to wait until the soil is warm and ready. Plant perennial flowers in mid-autumn or mid-spring. If you're planting from seed or sprout, you can generally find information about planting conditions on the package.
Why get artificial grass?
  • Cuts down on lawn maintenance
  • It's environmentally friendly since there‚Äôs no need to water.
  • Artificial grasses may be more attractive than real grass in drought-stricken areas.
Why stick to the real deal?
  • Artificial grass has a high upfront cost - $15 to $20 per square foot.
  • It can be difficult to install.
  • Inexpensive options might look unnatural.
  • It gets hot in the sun.
First, determine which pests you're dealing with. Mounds or tunnels indicate moles or voles. Apply castor oil to your lawn; they'll find another digging spot. Determine which bugs you have by pouring a bucket of soapy water onto the lawn. The bugs will surface so you can identify them. Milky spore and nematodes keep grubs and other bugs at bay. Insecticidal soap also works. The best way to prevent pests is with good yard maintenance. Certain bugs prefer overwatered lawns or yards with thatches. Regular mowing, watering, and dethatching discourage pests from moving in.
Fertilizer isn't always necessary, but it can keep your lawn looking lush and healthy. Use fertilizer with slow release nitrogen so it doesn't encourage weeds to grow. Keep in mind that overfertilizing can spur weed growth. However, under-fertilizing can result in weak grass, which gives weeds more space to take root.
