Great Experience... In Mid June we were camping at Viney Creek on Table Rock and had pulled a Jeep behind the motorhome for a run around vehicle. While driving around Eureka Springs I began to notice a vibration that felt like possibly a wheel bearing / front end problem and called a friend who recommended Les Jacob Ford in Cassville. I'd had them work on a vehicle years ago when it was operated by a different owner and had a good experience with them, so we called and they agreed to take a look at it. When I arrived the Service Manager, Mike, took a look and tried to persuade me to take it to the Chrysler Jeep dealer across the intersection, but I explained that I really wanted them to do the work, so he agreed. A great mechanic by the name of Npa and I went for a test drive which showed the vibration but we couldn't put our finger on the problem, so in less than an hour after we arrived the Jeep was up on a lift. It was discovered that the front driveshaft had a problem with one of the u-joints and Mike recommended that we remove it and send it off to Springfield to be rebuilt, so that's what happened. We were able to drive the Jeep without the front driveshaft while this was taking place making it unnecessary to rent a vehicle for that time. We were staying for several days so it was no problem at all. That all occurred on Thursday, the driveline was sent to Springfield on Friday, and on Tuesday they called to say it was ready to be installed. I took the vehicle in on Wednesday and in less than an hour I was on my way. Now this dealership was VERY BUSY.... and they weren't obligated to work on a vehicle that wasn't even a brand they sold... but they did. Everyone in the dealership was friendly to everyone who came through the door and did their best to take care of each customer. Mike was great to work with as were the mechanics who did the repair. What could have been a nightmare was instead a great experience, and I could NOT give these people a better recommendation. THANK YOU LES JACOBS FORD and more specifically, Mike and The Crew in Service for taking such good care of every customer I saw in the place. I wish they were my Hometown Dealership!
