Just got my first jeep from here. Very great to work with. They gave me a good value on my trade in and made the process very easy.

This place was amazing!! They had a HUGE selection of Jeeps (at least 50) to choose from! I have never seen anything like this in my life! Not only did they have an awesome selection of used wranglers with years from 1979 - 2016 but they were great prices to!I found the perfect one! Black, two-door soft top with a lift kit and an amazing tire package already on it! It was a bit out of my price range but they worked with me! I can't believe what I got it for! I pretty much stole it!The guys were pretty cool too and I felt like they were my bros, not used car salesman. I would have a beer with any of them! A few weeks after I bought it, my check engine light came on, I was 100 miles away for they just paid to have it fixed instead of having me bring it all the way back! WHat kind of a place does that??? I would never shop anywhere else for a Jeep!! This place is absolutely top notch! If you love Jeeps, you need to visit these guys! The ladies in the office are great and all of the guys on the lot will bend-over backwards to help you out! Seriously! Look them up!

I recently purchased a nice Toyota Tacoma from this dealership. Tim the salesman was a nice guy. Had issues with check engine light from day 1. Repairs were made and I was reimbursed the cost. I am enjoying my Tacoma 4x4 and my experience with them has been top notch !

purchased a used jeep a few weeks ago and its great. had a few problems w/ the starter and took it back to the dealership. they fixed it for free w/ no hassle of any kind. glad I came here and didn't buy from someone who would not have taken care of me. everyone was nice and they let me drive it on the mud track when they were done. cant wait to come back and talk jeeps with them.

So, almost missed this place because I ALMOST listened to some of the negative reviews. Glad I decided I could make my own mind up. This place is top notch. not only found a great jeep at a good price the service was excellent. 2 weeks after I took it home we had our 1st big rain and I discovered I had a leak in my soft top. Called the guys up and with no questions asked I was given a brand new soft top. They installed it while I waited and even fixed a problem with my door that I hadn't even noticed yet. Wasn't charged anything and they apologized for missing the leak in the first place. Had I bought this anywhere else I would have been straight outta luck. I really hope no one else lets a few bitter people make up their mind for them about this place because they will miss out on an awesome buying experience.

I have never been treated better!!!!!!!!!!! Every car lot I go to they take one look at me (Tiny, Asian and a woman) and they try to talk to me like I'm a little kid or like I have never even SEEN a car before! It's so frustrating!! I went up there last Saturday and I was greeted by a woman! She (Liz) was great! She told me she understood how I felt and told me I didn't have to worry about it happening here, and I didn't! I worked with her for a while and then I started working with a man because she had to step out. I was worried that she wouldn't get credit (because I had found my Jeep) and then he told me that they don't work on commission!!!! What??? A car lot that has their priorities straight?!? Never thought I would see the day! Liz and the staff at The Preowned Store are truly a gift if you are looking for a nice Jeep at a great price! You absolutely have to stop by here and look at all of the Jeeps! All of the staff is wonderful and helpful! You will not be sorry!

This place was absolutely amazing! If you are within a 200 mile radius, don't even bother going anywhere else! It is a one stop Jeep store! Not only do they have tons of models to choose from, they sell all of the parts and do all of the servicing in-store! They even just started carrying the AEV line!!! I CANNOT WAIT to go back and see what else I can get for my Jeep! The owner and all of the sales associates were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions, offered information I did not even think about and they helped me pick out the perfect Jeep for under my budget!

Wonderful service during the sale .
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
