I bought a used Sandstorm and they did a hour long walk thru and I hit the road. I was north of Grants Pass and had a tire shred. Pulled over to find NO spare ooopps forgot that part of the walk thru. It took two hours and 500 to get back on the road and who knows on the damage to my was new to me trailer. I called and yet have they called me to make things right. I paid cash guess they don't care about there customers.
Bought a 2014 EVO by Forest River, used twice and toilet didn't work properly. Took it back to carson rv for repairs it was there two weeks and still hadn't been looked at as of 6/17/14. Customer service is a joke...not the same song and dance when they were trying to sell it.....
