I do not want to give a star b/c it does not deserve one, not even a 1/10 of a star... After the so-called remodeling, it looks like the most idiotic layout I have ever seen in a store... We all know it is a cheap store, and it looked cheap before... WHY are you imbeciles trying to make it look worse than a 99 cents store...!!! And that was not enough apparently... somehow it brought the jungle from the Frankford store with it... HOW in the world have those animals made their way into this neighborhood as well... I have been going to the store for the last 4 years... NEVER saw those kind of specimens around... EVER!!! Well, I hope they purchase $400-500 a month because I would NOT spend a cent there ever again...

In visiting this store noticed possible illegal immigrants working. Also store has fruit with fly's and nats. Also meat go bad only one day in home from store under refrigeration. Appears slime an odor foul. Maybe using MSG on pork.

New owner is uper nice. Super clean store, best Cigarette prices and tasty tacos ! They sell pretty much everything you'll need while on the road. Car wash to open soon per the owner.

99 Ranch Market
It seems this 99 Ranch at Carrollton, TX mainly cares about competing with the nearby H-Mart. It's repeating what H-Mart can offer to people with the Korean origin. People of other ethnic groups, like Chinese and Japanese, have difficulties to find items and goods that the 99 Ranch in Plano offers. Meanwhile, those who shop in 99 Ranch in Carrollton have hard time to find good restaurants except for Korean ones. Lack of restaurants for people of non-Korean origin has become an increasing concern. The shop center as a whole needs diversity and should not be dominated by one culture.

I have never felt the need to write a letter of complaint in a public forum until now. The reason I am doing so is because it relates to one of the most important issues in our life and that is our health. The former Albertson’s Sav On Pharmacy now Minyard’s at Forest & Marsh should NOT be trusted to handle the pharmacy needs of the sick or injured. Without going into details the problems are far too many to mention but the primary ones are.1. ZERO follow through. They will NOT take care of any problem that arises with your prescription. The will NOT even phone you to let you know there is a problem. You will not find out until you phone or go pick up your medications. Then it is up to YOU to straighten it out. 2. ZERO follow-up on a follow-through. Once you take care of the problem (which 70% of the time didn’t exist in the first place) then they still will not fill your prescription because A. the forgot B. the create another problem C. the warehouse was out of the drug or some other BS that could have saved you a trip by phoning.3. Doctor prescribes X amount of medication for an illness, but pharmacist decides it is TOO MUCH and gives you less.4. Even when you stress the patient can not miss a day of certain drugs so please make sure these are in stock when needed…….it is not done. 5. In addition to other problems, when you try to find a way to rectify the situation I ended up getting YELLED at by the manager.6. Lastly, to avoid transferring my medications to another pharmacy and in hopes of continuing to shop at Albertsons (now) Minyards, I tried to make contact with the general office. I could not even get a manager to phone me. Bottom line……They like to keep their patients jumping through hoops and working hard for their medicines forgetting that (like any company) they are paid thousands of dollars by patients and insurance companies to provide a service. And if you have elderly parents show get their medications filled there, please keep a check and make sure they are not shorting them on their meds or over-billing or treating them like dirt.

Please do not mess up our awesome best customer service anywhere store at 3300 Harwood, Bedford, Tx . Especially the pharmacy, have gone to them for well over 15 years, they are the best, PLEASE, PLEASE keep all the employees at this location!!!!

Hello. My name is Mike and I wanted to let you know about an experience I had @ your Carrolltonlocation this morning. I came in to the store and for one thing in mind and that was Nuski's bacon, had already visited Eatzi's and Tom Thumb I thought I'd give Sprouts a shot. I was greeted by Jason the meat market manager. I told him what I was looking for and he said you guys didn't carry it. But then he suggested some bacon that you did have and educated me on it and gave it to megratis to try at home. Now I offered to pay for the bacon a couple times and he turned me down, and I want you to know the free bacon is not the reason for my communication to you, but more so the text book sales strategy Jason exemplified. As I am a seasoned area sales manager for the second largest food distribution company in the US our company spends thousands of dollars training our sales force to do just what Jason did this morning. We just finished cooking the bacon and are more than impressed with the product.You now have a new Sprout's customer and I have already told 3 people about my experience this morning out your store. I also will recount my experience to my entire sales force at our next general sales meeting. Great job you guys. Please prop Jason up or I'll come in and hire him right out from underneath you guys.Best regards,-Mike Hernandez.
