William W.First, the person who came to my residence did not do a good job explaining the details of the service to me as i later found out. He stated I could make my decision on if I wanted the service or not via phone through him later that day and stated and displayed the form i was signing was just to confirm my contact info. The salesman texted me later and i did inform him i would not be choosing to use their service. Later in the month a technician came to the house and performed a service and left a note on my door. I called the main office to inform that I didn't need the service (no one answered) and left it at that. Some time later another note was attached to my door about another service provided and i was emailed regarding it along with a bill for the services provided (around $95) I made contact via email and stated to aptive i did not want the service and to cancel my account that I never knew i had until then. They cancel my account and I am given a $247 balance due to canceling my account. I attempt to email several times to dispute these charges and get nowhere other than them stating it is a part of the so called contract i signed which was not shown or stated to me in anyway. So even though i told the salesman the day of i would not use the service i was still given the service and charged for it then charged when i had to cancel the service i never agreed to in the first place.Horrible way to run a business and try to trick people like was done to me.

Kyle was fantastic!! I was home for the service this time so i asked if he could spray the inside and how the pets could be affected. I held one(little 1lb chihuahua) while the big dog went out back. Then he said it was safe to swap so the big dog came in. He was fast and extremely efficient and even knocked down a wasp nest he found.

Tips & Advices
Fumigation is dangerous to pets and humans. Liquid termicides, however, are safe to use around pets.
No. Because termite infestations are considered preventable, most home insurance policies do not cover treatments or damage.
It's best to treat an entire home to ensure the termite infestation is completely eliminated. Spot treating costs less, but increases the likelihood of missed colonies. In addition, spot treatments can make a home unattractive to future buyers.
The cost to eliminate termites varies depending on the method. Bait costs between $150-$300, while fumigation costs $1,300-$2,500. Heat treatment costs around $1 per square foot, so a 2,500 square-foot home would cost $2,500.
The length of time depends on the process used:
  • Fumigation takes approximately five days. The termites die quickly, but homeowners must remain out of the house until the chemicals clear.
  • Bait exterminations can take months to destroy an entire colony. The bait kills termites during the molting process. If an insect eats the bait and does not molt, it is unaffected.
  • Heat extermination takes approximately eight hours and is environmentally friendly. This process heats the home to 150 degrees F.
