I purchased a bed....I understood the Return policy; only 1 exchange. I did exchange because of the pain I was having in hips and back though I had no history of pain in hips and back. I spent $1,200 and still sleep with discomfort because I wasn't able to get a replacement. I did contact the store and they sent a person to see if the mattress was damaged. Since there was no damage he explained there was nothing they could do. I contacted the store but no one returned my call. I purchase the bed around June 2013. So I've paid the store to sleep in discomfort every night. How would anyone know how a bed is going to feel 20, 30, 90 days after purchased.
