I bought my 2015 Silverado Z-71 about 3 months ago and was told my tags would come to them since I was working out here. I still have not received the tags that I paid for up front and can not get anybody to call me back with several phone calls to them (approx:30 calls) Calls were not a problem when they wanted me to sign papers on my truck.
Takes them 45 to 60 minutes to do a routine oil change. Goto Master Lube and save yourself time and money.I requested new windshield wipers while I waited for my oil change. they waited to order them until after the oil change so I had to wait until they were delivered by a third party and installed. The Service Manager doesn't appear to be managing.
Went to trade in my old car. And possibly my truck. Walked away with 2 new trucks and a smile. The process was smooth and easy. This is the first time I have ever felt truly satisfied purchasing a vehicle. Figured I'd get hit with the oil field gouge. Didn't happen. Great experience.
I Should have paid attention to their low rating, but they were close and I went anyway. Bad mistake. In reference to your new Ford vehicle and warranty work, if you did not buy your car from them, then they could care less about helping you This was told to me flat out, with nothing held back. I should not have been surprised, Lesson learned with Carlsbad Ford
Absolutely the worst auto service experience of my life. DO NOT take your vehicle here. They will replace parts that have never been tested, charge more than list price for parts and lie to you about troubleshooting problem. They're all about ripping you and your warranty company off!!!!!!
I had what turned out to be a simple issue where my fuel pump was loose. An $800 sensor later the issue still wasn't resolved, and was told I need a new fuel pump. I said no, and the manager left...leaving me with a barely running vehicle in much worse condition than when I brought it in. After she left, the mechanic told me to wait twenty minutes and completely fixed the issue.I was just passing through and they took complete advantage of me. Avoid them at all costs. Thank god the mechanic felt bad and fixed what they should have done in the first place.Too bad it cost me $800.
Willing to try to work something out for you. Would recommend to friends coworkers and family. Would buy another truck from them
$20,000 Down for a vehicle that has a book value of $31,000. After 4 long hours of waiting for a bank approval they come back with saying they need $20,000 down. If I had 20,000 dollars in my pocket I don't think I would be needing to finance a 3 year old SUV. Save your time and shop at another Ford dealership not owned by Krumland Auto Group. These people are money greedy and will rip you off to the maximum possibly
