ASG Company Inc.
On July 28, 2017 I called ASG to find out if this company removed, replaced, and repaired a 31 1/4 x 19 7/8 sliding window frame where the glass broke diagonally from top to bottom. The service person "Mr. Barnes stopped by the same day to look at the window. He removed the frame and took it with him the same day. I received the frame with a new window installed the next day. Note: The service fee was very reasonable, the service technician was very accommodating, and yes you can call the office to pay the amount you owe by phone. I live in the Capital Heights area where the houses were built in 1965. To find a business that can meet your residential needs is hard to come by. I am so glad I selected this company to repair my broken glass which was one that you slide out.Very Very Happy Customer!!!!!

Anas Auto Repair
There is no other mechanic who is more competent in his profession than Mr. Abdul. He treats people like family. There is no other place I would go to get my car repaired other than Anas Auto Repair. I would recommend this place for anyone who would want their car repaired.

Mark Auto Service
These days it's hard to find a Car Repair Shop that one can trust to do professional work and Customer Service. In June 2015, I bought my 2000 GMC suv 'Jimmy' to Mark Auto Services. Problem: engine misfire. Hard to start in the morning. Told I needed a fuel pump ($500). Two days later, return with same problem. 'Said' Zaatra (owner) now tell me I need to replace the fuel injector ($540). Return back in two days at the shop...problem not fix. It has cost me $1040.00 for misdiagnose. Mr SAID ZAATRA of Mark Auto Services fail to fix my vehicle and refuse to refund. I will be taking legal action.

Moon's Auto Center
My truck was returned with an old battery and it won't start. They never return calls!! Worst service ever. They are thieves. Take pictures of your vehicle inside out before leaving it with them.

Moon's Auto Center
After not fixing what they are paid to fix, you have to take them to court to get your money and they still won't pay. Very poor service, bad customer service wouldn't recommend moon's to fix my grandkids big wheel.

Tips & Advices
Many companies, both local and nationwide, specialize in automotive glass repair and replacements. Drivers should contact their insurance companies to find glass or auto repair shops in their network.
Windshield damage from anything other than a vehicle collision (including vandalism, storms, fires, and animals) is often covered by optional comprehensive coverage. Drivers should keep in mind that some plans only cover the side and back windows but not the front windshield. Without coverage, drivers must pay the entire cost of repairs or replacements.
Small windshield repairs can be finished in 30 minutes, while windshield replacements take about an hour.
The adhesives used in windshields need at least one hour to cure, so drivers must wait before getting back on the road.  Similarly, drivers should wait at least 24 hours after a windshield repair or replacement before washing their cars. The water and chemicals in the soap can weaken the adhesive. Because of the additional pressure involved, drivers should wait three days after repairs or replacements before going through an automated car wash.
Replacing a windshield costs between $150 and $300 on average.
