Phony ...all smiles when there are no issues, but when I called about a discrepancy regarding the amount billed that month, she was difficult and argumentative. She insisted the amount was correct and whatever the other agent had told me was wrong information. Well, it turns out that the amount was incorrect , the other agent had given me correct information, and she was was wrong. Sadly, she has an issue admitting to her lack of knowledge in this situation. Overall, she was rude, difficult to deal with, has very poor customer service skills, and I am glad to be out of her agency. I would not recommend this place.

I was attempting to fax signed documents to this office. I was given two different fax numbers, both of which were not in service. I tried emailing the documents, but the email wouldn't go through. All in all, I spent about 3-4 hours trying to get this office the info they needed. I called and left a message that night stating that I didn't know how they wanted me to proceed. My mother received a call from Louis Valdez the next morning (I used her phone to call the night before). She asked for a valid email address, or how she could get the paperwork to them for me, because I was at work. Louis cursed my mother out, and used racial slurs at her, stating, "I hate f---in crackers!" and proceeded to tell my mother that she is white trash, and won't amount to anything. He also threatened to call the police and cancel my policy. In what world is this acceptable behavior? I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. Your money will get you better service anywhere else.
