Canton Towing
Canton Towing is amazing. I've had to use them a couple times and haven't been let down once. When my insurance company wants to give me someone else I refuse. These guys are AWESOME

Canton Towing
Canton towing saved the day when rockys in Minerva never showed for AAA. I waited 2 HOURS for rockys. Canton Towing is picking up all the slack.

Canton Towing
I was involved in a accident and Canton Towing showed up with a disco ball for a truck, a professional uniformed driver who explain this process to me and ever so politely help me get a rental, cleaned all the items out of my wrecked car into my rental and notified once my car arrived at the body shop... I am not from around here but I would love to have a Towing Company like this in my area! CLASS ACT!

Canton Towing
If I could give zero stars I would. Canton Towing LOST the key to my truck they towed to my house, then proceeded to try and "rock" the truck off of the tow bed, most likely doing more damage to the truck. I had called and complained for a few days and asked where the key was and they denied having it; after the man i spoke with the day before said they did. When I started getting upset and calling out the owner on the lies and damage, he hung up on me.

Mike Spencer's Towing
Called them at 9:30, they were there within a short amount of time. We were stuck on the side of the road for quite a while and the tow driver was even nice enough to bring us each a bottle of water. Couldn't have been happier with this service. Five stars.

Mike Spencer's Towing
The boss changed the price to get my car out $50 more than discussed. They are very greedy individuals and I would never use there services. Customer service is a joke. The guy that answers the phone didn't even know what I wad talking about and didn't even let me speak to the owner when asked multiple times. Very poor business

Kunta's Towing
i have used Kunta a few times because he is the cheapest in town, but you do get what you pay for. the first time i used him he said that he would tow with a flatbed because all tires on my older model lexus, were flat. i had some one do it for me while i was at work. the mechanic that he was to tow it to called me and said that he would not work on my car because kunta did not tow with a flat bed and cause some electrical issues. Long story short, i end up spending another $800 dollars for the repairs that would have not been needed had Kunta did what he said. i have used him since because i needed to save a buck, but i only make sure it is a simple tow from one place to another. please keep in mind that this was before he was licensed to tow but was doing it anyway.

Canton Towing
I had my van towed in February, and the tow truck driver yanked the van out of the ditch at a 45┬░ angle and damaged my front end. All the neighbors and I witnessed this event.Upon calling Canton towing, they recommended me to take my car to Firestone to get an estimate. Firestone said I needed $1000 worth of repairs before they would align my vehicle. All I wanted was my steering wheel back in the center, not an alignment or $1000 worth of repairs. They refused to pay and now I have a vehicle with the steering wheel cocked to the side. I will never ever use AAA or Canton towing again, and I recommend you all do the same.My roadside assistance is cheaper through my car insurance, and I also have Comprehensive coverage as well.
Tips & Advices
Yes, most roadside assistance coverage plans offer towing services. There might be certain restrictions, however. For example, the plan may only cover towing services for a certain number of miles. Drivers should check with their providers for details.
Which cars are covered depends on the roadside assistance provider. AAA services are available to members and not specific to any vehicle. As long as members pays their dues and have their membership card on hand, they can use AAA for someone else's car. Generally, auto insurance plans cover the car itself, not the driver, so people can't use their roadside assistance for another. However, details vary between providers, plans and local laws. Drivers should consult with their insurance providers to see whose cars are covered.
Roadside assistance coverage varies depending on the provider. However, they generally include:
  • Tire change
  • Battery jump start
  • Towing services
  • Locksmith service
  • Minimal mechanical labor
  • Delivery of oil, fuel, batteries or other parts
If a driver has a flat tire and no spare, roadside assistance services can deliver a new one. However, these services will not pay for the cost of the tire. That will be the driver's responsibility. Based on the location, some will tow a car to a tire dealer.
Most roadside assistance plans offer gas delivery and service. However, clients are generally responsible for the cost of the gas.
