I would like to thank all the fine people that work there. I was traveling to Ohio from North Carolina to visit relatives. I noticed a wheel wobble and was forced to stop and spend a night in a hotel Fortunately Sears was close by. They found loose lug nuts, apparently from when my tires were rotated back home. It could have been a disaster if the wheel fell off. For all they time it took to diagnose, put my spare on, and tighten all loose lug nuts, there was NO charge for all their efforts. The advisor stated we didnt really repair anything and we believe in customer service. I felt remiss that I didnt have any cash on me because in these situations I would have at least gave them something. I thank them again
