I have lived here for 15 years now,and what I can tell you for sure is that a place this old, built over 40 years ago, comes with problems that happen once or twice a year for sure. Mostly the problems come from the plumbing being so old. I can count on problems with my kitchen sink and bathroom sink on an annual basis from being clogged to leaking underneath the sink. And, the faucets will also drip on a regular basis. The firewalls here are thin, so if your neighbor decides to hear his/her music and or TV loudly, you will hear it too. The refrigerators are not full size, so you will never be able to buy extra, as it will not fit. The freezer is very small, too. Cars here are vandalized on going, mostly in the summer months. You can rent a garage for an extra charge, but the doors do not keep vandals out as the locks are very easy to break, so that does not solve our vandalism problem. If I could have found a brand new building to rent, I would have, but for the money, this is the best that I could afford. I don't like old buildings as there is always something that goes wrong.

I hired this management company to a a couple weeks ago to manage 2 single family rentals in the canton area. after receiving the monthly fee they went MIA. they stopped answering emails and phone calls. very unprofessional. next time ill get references.
