Great wireless service, best value. I have 3 lines with Cricket, beginning in June of 2014. I have a Nokia640 and cases are difficult to find. I checked at this store - which is 'my store'- and found a new case available. I purchased the case, and upon fitting it my phone, I found that the outer hard shell portion of the case, (case has a thin rubberskin that hugs the phone then a hardcover that 'snaps over the edges of the phone - it snaps on with ach edge of the hard cover having separate fingers that snap over the edge of the phone), one of the fingers wont lay down smoothly against the rubber liner and the phone. This catches on clothes and snags things, and is easily mistaken for one of the side buttons. Less than one hour after purchasing, I went back to the store to get an exchange or refund, because this case obviously was defective from the manufacturer. I was told they would not exchange, replace or refund the case ???!!!!!! what?? They pointed to a small message on the printed ticket (the one you receive after you complete the purchase) that said no refunds or exchanges on accessories. Problem is, as a customer you are not made aware of this until after you make the purchase and receive your ticket..you have no way of knowing prior to the purchase - no signage and the manager made no menton of this policy. In cases where the return / exchange is requested due to an obvious defect from the manufacturer, there should be no policy preventing this, as Cricket' supplier almost certainly will warranty this as defective and replace the stores inventory.So now I am a loyal customer of Cricket wireless, who now feels cheated and screwed by Criket wirless, the owner of this individual store, and by the manager that was working on Sunday 1/16/16 at around 4 PM.How short sited for business to risk upsetting loyal customer over a $20 case. This case now gives me a daily reminder of this poor service, and lack of desire to do the right thing, and it affects my opinion of Cricket, and lowers my typically enthusiastic recommendation for Cricket Wireless, to a half-hearted non-recommendation, and when given it includes a warning about their lack of concern about taking care of their loyal customers, and their lack of any intention of doing the right thing.

Hi, i was in your store in Holly Springs, Pkwy. Canton, Ga., a few days ago and after three days of total frustration trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone i decided to stop in the metro store to see if someone could help me. All i can say is after my 70 years on this earth and having to deal with employees i have to say i had one of the best if not THE best experience ever. First the manager started helping me (Juliana) and after being as polite and as helpful as could be she got busy with another customer and Marco started helping me. He was unbelievable, he was soooooo patient, freindly, polite, helpful, whatever it took to make me so happy to fix my phone so i could use it he did. No one would have had the patience to figure out what was wrong but him. When i was trying to figure out what was wrong i did just about everything wrong to it and he undid everything. I will tell anyone i know that want to get a phone to go to Hollysprings to do business there. Thank U
