Class 'N Color Auto Body
I had an awful experience at Class N Color. I had my Audi S4 repaired there a few months back because Geico insurance recommended the shop. NEVER AGAIN! Don't make the same mistake as me. They did a subpar job repairing my Audi and even left sections of the window trim scratching off and peeling that were a result of the accident. They also weren't willing to work with me at all about custom work I wanted them to do while my car was being fixed and were very rude and nasty about it. RUDE employees, bad service and a subpar repair job. There are lots of other auto repair places in the valley, I'd recommend trying one of those instead!

Justin and Edgar helped me with my claim. They were both very understanding, detailed and professional. They went over and beyond with the service which exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend class and colors to my friends and family!

Professional Auto Repair
The new owner John has been outstanding. I received a very high quote from my Toyota dealership and John fixed the issue for half the cost. He is truly professional and very fair regarding his estimates. Highly recommend this place which to no surprise has hundreds of loyal customers.

BUYER BEWARE: CHECK FACTS- MUST BARTER AS THIS NEW OWNER IS NOT TRUTHFUL OR HONEST.It is unfortunate that Ming has sold his business to this crook. I think the new owners name is either John or Alex (not sure) but one thing I do know for sure is that he does not hesitate to over price everything and he is not an honest person. If he thinks that you are not aware of what things cost, he will screw you so badly and have no remorse. However, looks like he has kept some of the same mechanics that Ming had and has hired uncertified new help. So depending on who works on your vehicle, you may be in for great disappointment. I say BUYER BEWARE of this dishonest new owner. Never take his first word for granted. Get a full explanation of what needs to be done on your vehicle and then either go online to find out how much items really cost. or get a second opinion. Cause TRUST ME, he is not HONEST and will use the biggest SCREW to get over on you.I've been going to Ming for over 16 years. During that time, I've had 3 vehicles. 2 used & 1 almost New started with 20k miles. Ming & his mechanics have always done a great job with them all. When my almost new vehicle had an issue, I took it back to the dealer. The price of any work, Replacement and labor on the almost new vehicle at the Dealer was unbelievably expensive. Paid the dealer’s price the first time then went to Ming to compare and found that while it was more or less in the same range, Ming always came in lower in every way. Secondly, the work done at the dealer was always sloppy and incomplete whereas Ming's mechanics were precise in their diagnosis, professional in their work, quick in their delivery, AND excellent in their customer Service Plus lower-priced compared to the Dealer and other shops in the Canoga Area.

These guys are great! I recently had a fender bender repair done by this shop. They did and excellent job... ordering Ford OEM parts ahead of time and then completing the repair within three days, as promised, for a little less than the estimate. They even did a couple of extras and cleaned the car very nicely. I highly recommend Class N' Color; they're pros. Mark W. ; West Hills

Mike Willard Automotive
When a car breaks down, it can be daunting to find a trustworthy repair shop.I have used Pat’s services for my own vehicles and regularly recommend him to family and friends. My cousin had taken his car to another shop—not once, but 5 times! He would drive the car home. In the next day or two have problems again. Take it back and get charged again for another ‘problem’. I recommended Pat. He discovered it was an intermittent problem and solved it. My cousin was very thankful. I like it when people are thankful to me. I want more of it ☺.I highly recommend Pat and Mike Willard Automotive for honest, cost-effective, highly knowledge repair service He gets the job done right the first time!

My car would surge during idle. They said they'd see what they could do. They made the idle better for the most part -it would still surge and idle roughly but not as bad as before; however whatever they did to my car took away all it's power. Now instead of going 30 mph up a steep hill my car goes 20 mph. They denied working on my car and refused to undo the work they did or find any other solution. I will not be going here any more.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
