My experience with Vision Canandaigua was extremely good from my first phone call to them concerning a used Honda CRV through the entire process of buying, and returning for a service appt when they made good on their promise to make everything right with the vehicle, which in this case was replacing the brakes, the air conditioning compressor and being persistent in finding the reason and repairing a serious rattling noise. In less than 24 hours, I had test driven the vehicle I had been searching for, made my offer, got a interest rate LOWER than I had hoped for, and was driving away in my "new to me" vehicle, extremely happy. I did pay a little more than I initially wanted to but with the repairs that were included, I cannot complain. And when I had to return for the repairs, they gave me a great fully loaded Santa Fee as a loaner. The service department personnel were just as courteous and professional as the sales and finance people. I wish them well and would definitely recommend this dealership in your car buying search.

I have to say that I used to hate buying a car. However, the team at Vision Hyundai Canandaigua has made it a great experience! I never get tackled when I drive on to the lot and they make it a quick and easy process. I have always been impressed by everyone I have dealt with. I have always left feeling that I have gotten a great deal, and I know I did. It is very refreshing to see that John, Tom and Ron always say "Hi" to me when I go in for my free oil changes. I haven't had to pay for an oil change in over 10 years for any of the 6 cars that my family and I have purchased. I can't wait to see what they will do next to exceed my expectations! Our experience at Vision Hyundai was amazing! I leased my 3rd Hyundai from this dealership (2013 loaded Santa Fe!) and my husband leased his first Hyundai (2012 Sonata Hybrid!). The salesmen and manager were so helpful and answered all of our questions. The dealership is very tidy and appealing on the inside and out. The salesman also showed us how to use all the gadgets in our new cars. He even hooked up our Bluetooth and got us started on our BlueLink accounts. We could not have been more happy with our experience and we will absolutely come back here for our next cars when the leases are up!

I am well satisfied I came in to make an appointment for regular oil change and was told they could to the car the same day. I had to wait less than an hour I had a word search book with me so the time passed by even faster. Everybody was very helpful everything was explained to me. I was made to feel important and that I was the reason for their work, not an interruption of their time. The tires were rotated and everything was checked out for me. I just want to say that I really appreciate everything tat was done for me.

I've shopped a lot of auto dealers and none have provided the type of customer service that LeBrun Toyota has. They give the best trade-in value and the professional sales dept and management makes the process easy and stress-free. I love my Toyota and it is by far the best car I've ever own. There are a lot of car dealers out there, but I have found LeBrun to be the best and the short drive off the thruways makes it a breeze to get to.

I stopped in for a inspection. As expected I needed four tires. What I didn't expect is Vision had a great selection of tires at very reasonable prices. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in.
