    Very bad experience. I ordered flooring and had to put 1/2 the money down upfront. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call stating the flooring is in and they would like to schedule a time for installation within 2 weeks. I marked my calendar and took the needed time off work to be there on the scheduled date and time (It had been almost 1 month since they cashed my deposit by this time). They were a no show. I called several times and there was no answer. Finally a gal answered and said I was not on the schedule and asked who I talked to and I didn't remember who that was, then she said she would call me right back. 20-25 minutes later I called, no answer. I called again, she answered and started to give me several excuses - computer issues, my flooring is still in transit, hurricane back east, problems with office staff, etc. I demanded my money back and would be at their shop in 10 minutes and then came more excuses - vendor has the money, not able to cut a check today, it could take up to 24 to 48 hours before the funds were available, etc. I said I will give you until 1:00 pm tomorrow to have my check ready. (If there isn't another review from me, then I did get my money back). Ok, I didn't get my money back. The owner, who is also the installer, apologized, gave me a discount and installed my flooring 4 days later. He did a good job with the installation but it wasn't the color I had chosen. I had a photo of the sample I wanted and he agreed that was not what he had started to install. I didn't mind the color and didn't want to deal with the hassle of him having to correct the error. The only problem that I had with this Contractor was his personnel. He should seriously get rid of the individual(s) that created the problems if he wants to run a successful business.
