Honda of Burleson
Worked with them over the phone an entire day, found a local Honda dealership that could beat their price and was honest about it to them only to get to Greg May and when trying to get financed later found out that Burleson had called and burned me staring deorogatory things about me and American Honda refused to finance me so I could not get the .09% interest....however GREG MAY HONDA was able to find other means of financing and I purchased the car from them. Will NEVER do business with a dirty dealer.

I am very disappointed with service. I travelled 14 miles to get my car serviced which put me in more trouble and financial loss. During service Burleson Honda employ broke my car's Lognut and Stud, even though the condition of all Lognut and Studs are very good.Customer representative came to me with quote of $265 to fix the same. Ideally during servicing, if anything goes wrong by Burleson staff, they should fix it with full accountability. I got the new Lognut and Stud fixed in $37 from SEARs Auto. Now people can imagine how Burleson is looting people and making money through such filthy way.

Jim Waycaster took good care of me when I purchased a car from Honda of Burleson. Great customer service and they did what they said they would do. I will return in the future when it's time to buy again.

Honda of Burleson
Buying a car from them was super easy, now getting the car looked over and fixed was a nightmare! We had been there three times in the past four months for the same issue that it had not been resolved yet, poor customer service, lack of communication and a totally unacceptable lack of responsibility... It is like everyone there is saying " not my fault"

Chris's Auto Repair
I just left the shop wanting an estimate for air conditioning repairs. This guy was so rude I just left before telling him what I wanted. He really needs a lesson in customer service.

Auto Center Of Burleson Inc
I had my transmission fixed and was surprised when the bill was less than the quote. I have used them several time since and they always do good work.

Chris's Auto Repair
I have been using Chris's Auto Repair for awhile now and He is the only one I trust to give me a fair price and service. I have taken my friends car to him and she was like woooo this is better then when I bought it. He goes above and does the extra that makes me remember how it use to be when people didn't have to fill their own gas tanks. I know that just dated myself but I know good work and good service when I see it. He also give you all the information about your car with out trying to up sale or cause uneeded repair. Thanks Chris

Chris's Auto Repair
I went into this place over a year ago and had a horrible experience. I wrote a bad review then, but I guess it was taken down somehow. I drove all the way from Euless to go here because my sister had been taking her car there and she said he was nice and fair. I just wanted a tune up, he said that I had a cracked bolt or something like that (which I'm not claiming I didn't) but, he didn't tell me that he wasn't going to be able to fix it that day! I ended up being stranded at my grandmother's house for the night (not that I don't love spending time with my Nanny). The next day I called wanting to know when my car was going to be done and they said around noon. At one I called and they said three. At four I called, the mom said she didn't know. I said it wasn't fair that they didn't tell me they didn't have the part BEFORE, because I could have just gotten it repaired closer and not been stranded in Burleson. The mom says that she can't talk to me anymore, and I say that I have a right to know when and if my car is going to be done because I don't live in Burleson. I was not yelling or cussing or anything mind you, and the next thing I know Chris gets on the phone and says, "What do you want bi*&^"! I couldn't believe it! I thought he was joking or thought I was someone else, except he followed it up with "You made my momma cry". I said, I'm sorry if your mom is crying, I didn't say anything rude, I just want to know when my car is going to be done. He then told me to pick it up THE NEXT DAY at one and to bring cash!!! I was so shaken up. My mom and Nanny heard the whole thing through my phone and they were actually scared for me! My mom wanted me to call the police and have them escort me to the shop, but I said that was a little extreme. Anyway, when I came in Chris's parents actually had the nerve to be preachy to me and said they'd pray for me!!! I told them they should pray for their own son because he's the one calling customers the b word while holding their car ransom!!! It was just crazy and I'll never go anywhere near there again!
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
