Buffalo Regional Office - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
I am a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran, WAC (Women's Army Corp). I was promised art supplies and someone to help me organize my home three years ago, the year I lost my only child traumatically at 35 years old. They knew I was having panic attacks driving, made the drive from Niagara Falls to Buffalo on three occasions for empty promises, and the only made me another appointment after stating I would receive services. Do I really have to beg for these things? Didn't make appointment, they closed my case. Absolutely treated with blatant disregard. I can manage without that. Thank you very much.

These are closet-racists. They do the exact opposite of what they claim to stand for. Take a look at their website, about 90% of claims have been dismissed. Don't bother with them. Hire a lawyer and just go straight to court, otherwise, they will dismiss your claim too which will make it even harder for you to appeal. They hired a black woman as Regional Director, just to make it look good. But trust me, they do not care about discrimination victims, and they prove it by dismissing your claim. She is an Uncle Tom.Go to your local county courthouse and just sue your employer / landlord, whoever...I provided them with a plethora of evidence which proved that my landlord was racist. They tried to bully me into accepting a $300 settlement. When I denied, they held my claim for the listed 3 full months, then dismissed it.Trust me.
