What a wonderful car buying experience. We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey for our growing family and were treated so kindly by everyone at Lia, but most especially by Shawn Martin. Shawn was welcoming and so helpful throughout this process. We have two young children and could not get over how family friendly this dealership is. The kids playroom was a much needed relief while waiting for our financing to go through, not to mention the free ice cream!! Not sure who liked it more my husband or my son! We were able to leave the same day with our new van and absolutely love it! We will definitely be returning to Lia for all of our future car needs! Thanks again to Shawn!!

I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Lourie Bruner and Jerry and Brad in the service department.. ~*~ Jerry got my car in -even though the day was packed full- he made time for my car to be serviced - he was very informative.. and told me that he would let the service department know what was going on.. and that I was travelling 2 hours to get there.. he was not working that day, but assured me that I would have no problems and if I did they could call him. ~*~ Lourie checked me in the day I got there and was friendly.. fun and kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car.. ~*~and last but not least... Brad was the tech that was diagnosing my car while it was in the shop to figure out why my dash lights were on.. he called me to ask questions because of the codes that were coming up which helped him pinpoint the problem and determine what steps he needed to take to fix it. he traced it back to a fuse-which had to be ordered.. but they put me in a loaner car until the part came in and it could be installed.. and further diagnosing could be done - if needed... luckily it wasn't needed! Thank you Brad for taking such good care of my speed racer and diagnosing it. Thank you all again for all your help .. I hope that I do not need service on a regular basis.. but if I do.. I know who I am going to be calling to make my appointment and who to ask for to assist me! Thank you again Lia Honda Williamsville.

I had a terrific service experience on Easter Sunday, April , 2015. We were visiting from Chicago, and developed worrisome squeak from the engine. Brad took prompt care of our problem, and even pulled the service bulletin from the manufacturer for future reference. An overall excellent experience.

Descent service & mechanics.When making an appointment, always ask how long it's going to take. I've learned that just because I've made an appointment doesn't mean my car is going to be done anytime soon.Schedule an appointment once to repair a leaky tire. All it needed was a plug. It took them over 2 hours just to patch it.The reason it took them so long is because they were very short staffed that day. Otherwise it would have been done in 20 to 30 minutes, which is average to patch a tire.

I love auto zone! I always went to the one on main street toward downtown. When they finally opened this one closer to me, I only hoped their service was as good as their other location. I'm happy to report they were awesome!!

I won't tell you to go there because its a bad thing to say. But the manger is horrible. Rude. Uneducated and doesn't give a damn about customer satisfaction. Avoid this guy make sure to speak with different manger.

Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
